I'm hearing voices

Now I realize there's already a thread about this, but mine is different.
Last night I was trying to fall asleep when I heard this voice, it was like 2 or more people talking but it was like they had their hands over there mouthes and they were far away. The reason why I why I'm not just putting this as a coinidence is that today when I was upstairs with my family having coffee, after everyone left and I was still there drawing, and drinking coffee I heard the voices again, it sounded like they were yelling for someone, to help.
I had very weird dreams in which I was trapped by people, bad people. Mabey it has something to do with it, mabey not.

Thanks if anyone can help.
Also caffeine does nothing to me, so it didn't affect me.

I just read some news article, and one of my dreams coincides with the story.

16yr old house......not old. I haven't heard them in ahwhile, but I keep hearing an office phone, no one else can hear it.

if you are the only one hearing this in the house,
there must be a purpose for it & you are meant to be hearing it.

i think u need to listen closely... a little closer

Thanks, umm but a phone, what does a phone mean?
Also any answers on the fact that I have many dreams in underground parking lots, usually dark....and feels not good.

How very strange. I myself hear ringing occasionally. Not exactly phone, it's indescribable. I started hearing it in childhood though..and over the years it has been going away (I'm not old, I'm still a teenager aha) As a child, my parents were worried, and took me to the doctor. I was unable to match the ringing to any of the ringings the doctor tested. But. You are probably finally awaking your ability to feel ghosts. Like me. Dead souls are almost everywhere, but we simply do not feel them because they are emotionless, numbed themselves because they do not want to feel. But, you are starting to feel ones with strong emotions. How old are you? (you don't have to put your exact age, just like teen, preteen, late teens, adult, etc.)

Do not be afraid of them. The #1 thing. Ghosts do not usually hurt people, unless they feel hatred towards them. So, my advice....talk to them! Have confidence; they were once people. Be nice? Keep your voice with calmness, try not sound angry or with too much emotion. Yeah you'll look crazy. But seriously, go "what are you talking about" or "...please tell me...who are you? I want to know..." do not be too demanding.

-The dreams, if caused by them, might be telling you what happened to THEM, not what might happen to you or anything. Or, maybe it is what might happen to you, trying to warn you, help you. Telling you to stay safe. But at the same time, what if its through the eyes of somebody else? Like a friend?

Also, ghosts are usually nice; they usually linger to you or a specific place out of love or good feelings actually
The whole "grudge thing" or "it's coming to get me" makes me angry. I find it kinda mean to the ghosts who try to help people. I dunno how you felt to this ghost so don't think I'm talking about you, talking to everybody here
