I have been recentlyy trying to develope my powers. I feel that my progress is coming along well, but within the last couple of weeks, I have been having constint dizziness at night (which is usually when I am practing), but it seems to happen whether I am practicing or not. When I get dizzy, I am usually laying down, so I do not think that it is a medical problem like when you stand up to fast, and I usually have done very little movement. Sometimes it happens when I an laying on my back and just turn my head to the side, and sometimes it happens when I do not even move. I also am not doing anything when these spells occur. I am quite awake, a lot of times I am talking on the phone, or to my children, so I am not sure what to make of it. I also get sudden migranes, that usually shoot sharp pains into a certain area of my head, usually the top, but no certain side, that hurts intensely of around 5 to 10 minutes, and then goes away as fast as it came. I welcome any imput that you may have on the issue. Has this happened to anyone when you were developing your abilities? Am I doing something wrong? What do you suggest I do to continue to develope but stop the pain, or is this a normal part of developing? I could use any ideas, becaue I have no idea what it is. Oh, I also have been experiencing my 3rd eye being open when my physical eyes are shut. It is like a bright light shining in my eyes and I can see clearly, but the room is different then it looks now. When I open my physical eyes, the room looks "normal" again, but as soon as I shut my physical eyes, the room is different again. I don't mind my 3rd eye being open, but it is difficult to sleep with a bright light shining in your eyes. Is there anyway to close this down when you are trying to sleep, or do I just need to keep practicing so that I can use it at more appropriate times? Any suggestions or feedback? |

In my experience it's not normal, or at least not common, to be dizzy and in pain when you're developing psychic abilities. People sometimes feel discomfort and pressure around energy centres like the third eye and heart chakra. I also used to feel an ache on and off at the heart chakra which was related to opening up my psychic abilities, but not dizziness and pain. I know you say that this is not a medical issue, but are you completely sure? To shut down your third eye, imagine a lotus flower there, which closes its petals tightly. Or imagine the eyelid of your third eye closing. This just sets the intention via visualization. |
