i've tried many times but still unsuccessful. this ability to move objects with the mind is difficult for me. they say you must visualize the object you are trying to move as an extension of yourself. Im very good a visualizations and its not very difficult to visualize the object as an extension but still it doesn't move. My complete concentration is on the object but nothing happens.

There is no scientific evidence of psychokinesis. While other paranormal ideas can not be tested, PK can, and it has never shown to be real. It's possible that one day PK will be proven empirically to be real in the future, but, for now, you should not waste your time on something like this unless you're OK with wasting your time. Psychokinesis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia By the way, my nickname stands for Psychic-Kinetic Energy Over Dose |

The Monroe Institute has a program that teaches how to bend spoons, sprout seeds in your hand, and turn on lightbulbs that have no known power source. I plan to go through the program at some point, and I know somebody whose roommate went to the program and was able to turn on the lightbulb - the roommate didn't bend the spoon but said that many in her program did. The Monroe Institute's approach is that it has less to do with the "mind" and more to do with the heart. |

Qigong is like a form of hypnosis/suggestion. It only works on people who believe that it works. If these "masters" were to walk down a street and try to push people down with their chi it just would not work. Find something scientific. It has to be able to follow the scientific method.
