Default painful dream involving an old man

I'm not sure if this was just one of those random dreams but in this dream I felt pain which leads me to believe that it might be slightly more significant.

I was really tired a couple of days ago so I fell asleep for about 4 hrs in the late afternoon.

In the dream I was sitting in a room with two other people. One was a woman sitting off to the side that I didn't really get a good look at. The other was an old man probably in his 70s. The man was sitting near me and he put his close to me as if to read my energy. As his hands were close to me I felt pressure and pain in my head and in the space surrounding me. I also saw the energy as color but it could have been my visualizing the pain. I want to say that it was green, pinkish-white (almost opaque) and black. This could be a false memory though but I'm fairly sure those were the colors. It felt invasive but I didn't really get a feeling as if this man had bad intentions. The woman just seemed to watch as this happened. It was a short dream or maybe it was just the piece I remember.

I'm not sure but I think this could mean something.

hey seo1,

im not really a supernatural guy, so personally i would say that this dream is just a manifestation of your subconscious fears.
i say this because im am a lucid dreamer, and after understanding lucid dreaming, alot of things made sense to me about why i dream some of the things i did. its pretty much just what your thinking about in your dream.

hope i helped.

freshwala,

I don't know if the dream had supernatural significance but I'm pretty sure it was something different than my average random dream. I "felt" in the dream as if I were in a waking state. It could be something approaching a lucid dream. I think I may have only had one in my life. I was completely asleep but I could hear people like I was awake and I could see but only in black and white shadows.

I don't think I'm fearing anything but then again it takes much work to access subconscious fears and desires in the dream state. I've worked through some inssues through dreaming but never consciously. Lucid dreaming seems interesting but I hear it is fairly difficult to achieve. How long have you been attempting lucid dreaming? Has it been difficult in your experience?

I myself have also "felt" in a dream, well it felt like I felt atleast lol.

I have been lucid dreaming myself for around a year now, I fount it easy to get started, but fairly difficult to improve on, and I am still far from mastering it. It can be very difficult even from the start, it took a friend of mine 4 months to become lucid for the first time.

In my opinion everyone should try it, its not like youve got anything better to do whilst asleep? and even if it takes you 3 years to learn, that would mean you have the rest of your life left to lucid dream.

im not gona nudge you towards my blog, but do a google search on "lucid dreaming" and get reading, theres lots of great material out there to learn from. it really is an amazing thing to be able to do and i recomend it.

peace.
