 |  does anyone know of some good psychic development exercises?
We've started a group and we'd like something to help us practice. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or maybe just be able to point me in the right direction.... thanks |

That is so cool. I would love to be part of a development group. Here is what I would do: 1. Work on opening the chakras and feeling the differences in energy depending on how open they are and how much spinning they're doing. 2. Do guided meditations to raise your vibration (go up an elevator, staircase, etc.) 3. You could try psychometry. Have each person bring someone and pass it to the left. Write down your thoughts and impressions, then pass it to the next person and write down your thoughts and impressions for the next item, and so on until everyone has had a chance to write something for each item. Then share and the person who owns the item can say who got what right. 4. Try telepathy experiments, or remote viewing. Look at a photo and broadcast what you see while the other people in the group write down their thoughts and impressions. Try tuning in to their guides and give them a mini reading. so much fun awaits you! You will probably find that you're better at some things than others, keep trying, keeep experimenting. |

For a number of years I was a moderator for a psi/psychic website. PsiPog.net : Science is Evolving PsiPog.net : Psi-Games by SheepKing Is a good list of Telepathy and Energy Manipulation games we would play. Shapes and Colors, Guess the Fruit, and Pass the construct were the most popular in our chatroom. We also hosted spoon bending parties with hundreds of participants. fork-you.com Was our guideline for running the spoon parties. There are probably a few other articles with games on the website, and certainly you can develop your own games. Within the link section of the website there are a lot of online psi-games (the gotpsi? website is my favorite) you can emulate or play as a group. PS. Also..check out the media section. Pavlina and RRR have pretty well answered your question, but go to youtube and type in "mind, body, kick ass moves". its a martial arts documentary series that focus primarily on esoteric energies, and some of them are pretty, what you would call "psychic"! What kind of group are you talking about? is it something on this forum or different? i just joined a few days ago so i dunno much about how forum and forum groups work?
