 |  In a Lucid Dream- Does your body move or do you talk or make noises?
Unfortunately, I wake up on occasion when I have a lucid dream because I don't remember when I've fallen asleep in real life and because I'm not sure if anyone else is in the room with me, I'm a bit hesitant to have any sex dreams.

Most people undergo a state of sleep paralysis that keeps them from acting out their dreams. On the other hand, I know a guy who pushed his wife out of bed one night because he was acting out something in a dream. She wasn't too happy.  |
