Dream about my family and his

For years I haven't dreamt about my family ever since a certain situation happened to me and my family, but last night, not only did I dream about my family but someone else's family too!

I dreamt I went this guys house, "this guy" is someone I really like a lot,but haven't told him because I am not sure how he feels. But we get along great, and always have fun together. I just can't tell him how I feel about him because of some trust issues I have, and I doubt he feels the same anyways.

So in my dream, I dreamt I was walking to his house with my cousin (a cousin I hardly talk to anymore-but we were very close until she had her baby),
so when I got to his house he answered the door, it was him but the thing is his face was scarred and hurt all over, it was him
but with a hurt face I guess you can say. I kept on asking him what was wrong with his face, but he would not tell me.
so when I went into his house his sister and brother were there at first, and everything was going well. Than when his father entered the room everything changed, the next I remember is my four fingers on my left hand (and I am left handed) being cut off, and someone in the background saying "mom is coming down now".

Than I was at my house talking to my parents, and showed them my left hand,but now my fingers were there, but I could see the scars from where they were cut.
When I showed my parents this they started crying. And that is how it ended basically.


This dream was very strange to my because I never ever have dreams about my family, in fact I hardly ever dream at all , especially a dream like this.
If anyone can give me any meanings to what they think this means that would really help me understand this.... well if it even means anything in fact.
