 |  What am I doing wrong?
I studied the theory of astral projection for quite some time. However, I never got to attempt AP. Then, I decided to try it. I looked up the different methods to leaving the body. So, I tried the first one. I would meditate, then I would lie down, close my eyes, focus on one part of my body, and paralyze it. After my whole body was down, I fould clear my mind and internally repeat the phrase "I Fly" as instructed on the webpage. So far so good. I felt the pulling sensation i so often hear about... I visualize the room.... But it never becomes clear. It stays a blurry image. I also find that my hands try to move when I get the pulling sensation. Am I not "Paralyzing" myself properly? Am I not focusing hard enough on the right things? Thanks for reading, and any input would be greatly appreciated. |

Did you read Erin's article on Astral Projection? She said she consciously tried to do it for 3 years to no avail. Then she let it go and BAM! it happened. Maybe you should stop trying and just relax. Erin's Article |
