 |  What am I doing wrong?
I studied the theory of astral projection for quite some time. However, I never got to attempt AP. Then, I decided to try it. I looked up the different methods to leaving the body. So, I tried the first one. I would meditate, then I would lie down, close my eyes, focus on one part of my body, and paralyze it. After my whole body was down, I fould clear my mind and internally repeat the phrase "I Fly" as instructed on the webpage. So far so good. I felt the pulling sensation i so often hear about... I visualize the room.... But it never becomes clear. It stays a blurry image. I also find that my hands try to move when I get the pulling sensation. Am I not "Paralyzing" myself properly? Am I not focusing hard enough on the right things? Thanks for reading, and any input would be greatly appreciated.

Did you read Erin's article on Astral Projection? She said she consciously tried to do it for 3 years to no avail. Then she let it go and BAM! it happened. Maybe you should stop trying and just relax. Erin's Article |
