Dreaming Issues!!

It is almost 3 am, and before I went to sleep I had weird negitive thoughts and weird skull things....Next I fell asleep only for a second and woke up after having a sleep paralysis dream... Next final dream that is bad I hope!!! was me throwing my spear into a neon sign of a building then I woke up!

I'm just typing this out now on my laptop and I'm going to hopefully sleep after this.


Ok I slept, but no one on this forum seems to want to help...

I hope you guys can help me!!

try listening to music that is calming and makes you feel relaxed while trying to sleep.
skulls don't necessarily mean bad things. sometimes dreams that are negative are only negative to get your attention.
try the music. see what happens.

My issue with the skulls was that I saw someone that I know and they've been dead for awhile and it's like I closed my eyes and watched them from being normal to decomposing to a skull, just the face.

But not a normal skull. I call it the rib cage skull.
