Default Increased dream frequency

Lately I've been experiencing almost 2-3 dreams per night, whereas previously I would barely have 2-3 per week. They seem to be random, but they do concern people around me and things that are coming up. I've been thinking about why this has been happening and what it might been, and haven't come up with anything substantial. It might be because for the last month or so I've been working on a rather intense research project and have been thinking more than usual. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Basu

The more attention you spend on remembering your dreams (or paying attention to them) the more dreams you will remember.

It is not a case of having more dreams.
