| When the sensations begin, I'm overwhelmed with a feeling of dread. I fight the feeling by trying to wiggle my way out of it. Despite my efforts, I'm always completely overcome by it. Then, I literally start praying. Last night, I did something totally different. Rather than fight it, I welcomed and allowed it to be. I let go of all resisting and dove deeper into it. The feeling engulfed me to the point that I felt/heard cracks in some parts of my body (same sounds when someone cracks knuckles). I just went along with the waves of it, and panting sounds came out of me when the waves intensified. Of course, it's really difficult to describe but I'm trying my best. It was somewhat like a drug trip. I started experiencing this in high school times. I estimate that I have no more than seven or so episodes in a one year period. Each and every time, up until last night, I resisted it. But I realized last night that it won't harm you. Rather than feel dread and fear, try something different. Welcome and allow it to be. |

| Yeah, you can have a lot of fun when you don't try to end it right away. You can go in and out of your body, hear things, see things, experience sexual pleasure, and of course, feel like you're being electrocuted while riding a never-ending roller coaster.

| Yes relax as much as possible. Much more chance of astral projecting that way.
