First astral experience

[Focus]

Here is the experience:

The first thing I remember is that I am in some kind of dream, since I remember being in a room with a lot of light (it’s dark in my room right now). In the dream, I put up the intention to see Elena (you could say she is one of my guides). I feel myself moving really fast and I see many different images along the way, sometime image of people.

After that, I am in a really dark room (I can’t see a thing) and I feel myself going up, through the ceiling. I say ‘clarity now!’ and my vision improve. However, when I speak I don’t hear the sound of my voice perfectly, it feel like it’s muffled. I continue going up and I realize that I am in a building in the middle of my city. (I can’t remember which one exactly). Now I am flying above the building and I look around. It’s clearly night like it’s in my waking life right now. When I look around and I realize that my vision still isn’t perfect, I see double image. I notice that I have my glasses on (wasn’t wearing them in real life). I ask for clarity again, but it doesn’t seem to help much. I decide to fly around so I fly around the city for a while, going through a fence first then through many buildings, it feel really awesome. I remember seeing a girl who was on a desk working when I was going through the building.

After that, I think hard about Elena and how I want to see her. Then, I feel a small pull right in the middle of my back and I feel myself moving. However, I think of my physical body by mistake at that time. I feel myself moving again. When I stopped moving, I felt a really strong sensation in the middle of my head. I was sleeping face down at that time so it felt like someone was pushing my head repeatedly (I asked my guide later and it seem it was only an energy blockage around that area).

After that, I wake up. It’s 4:30 AM right now.

Thoughts:

One thing I noticed is that I didn’t start up near my physical body, which I find strange since I expected to. My guide said that when we project when starting up in a dream, sometimes we retain a lower awareness of our surrounding. So maybe my astral body was already out or it moved far from my house at first, when I felt myself moving fasr. Another thing is that I woke up completely after the experience, which is something that never happen with a dream before. (sometimes I wake up during the night, but never like that).

In any case, It was pretty awesome!
