has anyone had the experience that when someone you don't know or (you know them casually) looks at you intensely.. your solar plexus feels like its being tugged at or pulled at towards that person? what is that?

One of many possibilities: it could be that the person wants to draw some energy from you at that chakra, if there is a tugging feeling.

The solar plexus is the centre of personal power and self-esteem. What are the dynamics between you and this person - does this person want to disempower you in any way or are you giving away your personal power to them?

interesting.. it was during a presentation in a class of mine... i was making a comment and i used the term 'a person's essence' to describe something.. and as soon as i did.. that person's eyes became intense and i felt that tug...

why would they be 'disempowering' me? how would they do that?

I know exactly what you are talking about. There is a certain person who works at an establishment that I frequent and every time I walk in I can feel an intense energy in the room. I won't even see the person but I know he's there somewhere. When he isn't there, the feeling is absent. I describe it as a nervous type energy. We must be in tune with certain people for certain reasons. I just wish I knew what the purpose is! There are so many things we are in the dark about.

I have great experience of this, it happened to me during my taichi lessons and afterwards during the night - seems as if they would do it out of body as well. I felt drained and powerless for the past 6 years or so - then I discovered through searching on the internet a technique which puts a complete stop to all this nonsense - I was very angry about the whole thing since, we are all here to learn and no one has the right to do this to another.
To break the ties all you have to do is tape or wear a piece of tourmaline over your solar plexus, It is good to wear tourmaline over the solar plexus during any public performance, as it will also return the unwanted attachments back to the sender making them learn from their mistakes.

Some people can drain and attach to your energy.

Just the intention of protecting your energy from others usually does the trick - visualize bringing in your energy when in public and also visualize zipping your energy up, like zipping up a coat.
