Do we all have the capability of seeing or being able to communicate with beings from another realm or is this an ability that only some possess?

I believe that practically all of us have this ability. It comes quite naturally for a few of us. As for the others, they just have to develop the ability over time.

I want to say that there are all kinds of non-physical entities. Some are not worth talking to. Just because an entity is non-physical doesn't necessarily mean the entity is glowing with love, wisdom, divinity etc etc.

Some beings are just vampiric, others are neutral and some are helpful. The problem is that we are on low planar level and we at the same time poses enough energy for some beings to feed on our life energy. I had slow experience of waking up and gaining power through time, i still sometimes have to battle and protect against negative entities but with experience comes the power to control experiences in other realm.

In some ways your question is like watching the summer Olympics' 100 Meter Free Style and asking, "Can anyone swim?"

The answer is "Yes", anyone can swim (ie. contact and communicate with their Guides, Allies and Benefactor). And like swimming, some take to it naturally and some struggle through years of swimming lessons before they can make it one length of a pool. However, if you want to swim like an Olympian, (ie. use the information you get from your Guides, Allies and Benefactor to substantially alter and improve your life and the lives of those around you) you'd better put in a LOT of practice and find a really GOOD coach.

"Guides", Allies and Benefactor.

These are the "names" I was taught to use for the various types of Spiritual Beings that one can normally engage.

Here's a link to a Blog post that Erin ran about a year ago that talks about "Guides", "Angels" and "Archangels":

Our definitions of "Guides" are the same, but where she uses Angels and Archangels, I use Allies.

Also, where Erin would use the term "Higher Self", I use the term "Benefactor".
