 |  Lucid Dreaming awareness computer application?
Hey guys, I've been searching high and low for an alert program that prompts "are you awake?" or another waking-life awareness raising question. Does anyone know if and where a program like this exists? I could really use a boost in my in-dream awareness!  Thanks! |

Unfortunately, No, I don't but, I was using Hemi Sinc music for a while and I was becoming more lucid, that was until my MP3 broke ( I will be getting another soon) and a friend of mine suggested that I go around in the daytime, and constantly ask myself ' Is this a dream' since the more you say it, it sinks into your subconcious - you will be saying it in your dream soon enough!

Yeah I doubt reality all day. But I'm just like that..lol. Anyway, I've heard of such a program, but I don't remember where..Keep looking. edit I'd actually like to mention something now that I remember. I think I'm slowly becoming more aware. Like instead of freaking out 6 times today about the world not being real I just kinda calmed down and almost saw my self from above and behind me, I was completly awake. I was being driven to work as usual lol, and it was weird but cool. Also I almost went OBE I went to sleep and fell into the bed while almost in a dream....but I started to get scared and moved...I woke up.  Last edited by xhironakamurax; 05-30-2008 at 04:26 AM. |

| here you go "I've been searching high and low for an alert program that prompts "are you awake?" or another waking-life awareness raising question." Check this out. I used their lucid dreaming recordings and they ask you are you awake. They have lots of other cool stuff too. hope this helps  |

And here's another one Dave, with a little more flexibility... It'd called Lucille 2 With this one, you can choose to have affirmations that flash challenges to see if you are dreaming, a reality check reminder that flashes questions questioning reality at the moment, or a task that asks you to do things like check your hands, or turn 360 degrees if you're dreaming... They can be programmed to flash at random or preset times, and different messages, questions and tasks can be created by you as well.. Lucille 2 Take Care ..... |
