 Buzzing crown chakra! My crown chakra occasionally used to "buzz" in the last year or so. That feeling of chakras pulsating with energy. It has been increasing consistently over the course of the last year. Now as I open up to Non-Duality ... It is buzzing almost constantly and I find it irritating as it isn't the most pleasant feeling in the world. I don't think this is how it should be... how can I correct this? Thanks in advance!      |

| I don't have any symptoms of celiac or gluten. But wheat does screw me up. It makes the top of my head feel buzzy, dizzy, ankles swell, chest hurts, heartburn. It makes me feel "not all here" if you know what I mean. All in all, not good. Jennifer |

| Have you tried moving the energy to other parts of your body? My experience has been that if I am thinking high spiritual thoughts or engaging with people or an environment of high frequency or focusing on this area of my body, my third eye and crown will light up like a Christmas tree. I have the ability to choose what frequency I'm on by focusing on more earthy, practical thoughts or by focusing my attention at a different point in my body. I can also send the energy outside of the body through the hands and feet. As you pointed out, this has been happening more since you entered a more non-dualistic state, which relates specifically with the crown and third eye. I have been focusing on the heart chakra lately and invoking thoughts of compassion. In the chakra system, the heart is the epicenter of the being as symbolized by the six-pointed star. The triangle pointing downward in the star represents the three chakras below the heart (solar plexus, sex organ and base of the spine) the triangle pointing upwards represents the three chakras above (the throat, third eye and crown). On that theory, focusing on the heart brings the entire being into balance. Hope this helps out.
