I've never had much success visualizing chakras or making contact to spirits and angels etc, mainly because of fear I guess. That was until two days ago where I felt and saw (in my inner eye) something new in my body. It looks like a stretched out diamond, thin and long, running through the center of my body. It is golden or light or something and very strong. If I had to describe what it is, I would say it is like an indestructable core of energy and light or something ... I don't know. My posture has changed for the better since feeling this ...

Has anyone ever felt or experienced something like this, too?

Out of curiosity, how did you you 'feel and see' this? Were you just like sitting around watching tv and you're like "oh my, a stretched golden diamond in my body!", or were you meditating/looking for it?

This is what some TCM, qigong and martial arts practitioners call the zhong mai (central energy channel).

I have been thinking a lot about that fortune teller who approached me last week. He said I am crying inside. I always assumed I was crying inside due to pain and trauma from my past, but as I was laying in bed a few nights ago contemplating the source of my inner sadness, I had the vision of this diamond and realized this had more to do with it than my past. The diamond is blocked from radiating outwards and from receiving love inwards. This in essence feels somehow very empty and sad.

That is all I know at the moment ...

If that's the case, then maybe opening that up and figuring that out would fix a major part of you. I'm not sure how you'd do that, maybe visualizations?
