Was this a healing from my spirit guide?

I'm in my living room sitting in the recliner chair and it's dark. When this women comes in, not sure from where but she looked like a ghost (had blue skin not to dark or light) but at the same time human and she was wearing sunglasses. She had a in her hand a needle shot but without a needle. I wasn't sure what to expect, so I was a little bit worried. She inject the shot on my left arm, it didn't hurt but my left arm felt like it was broken into little pieces on the inside. She then proceeds on telling me some kind of information but I'm not sure what that information was and also tells me that this other person has had the shot.

This was from a dream I had couple days ago. I think it must have been my spirit guide. Could it be that she might be healing me?

If you feel or pick up anything negative about this dream or the woman in it, it probably wasn't one of your guides. Spirit guides don't tend to present as ghosts and wield syringes

Interactions with spirit guides are almost always loving and positive, so if it was a good/nice-feeling dream experience, it's possible she was helping you to heal.

Hmmm , well I felt a little bit worried about the whole thing at first but then I just accepted it. I didn't feel any peace or loving in the situation that I was in. Plus I didn't feel any connection with that person or whatever it was. What struck me is that she was different, mostly my dreams consist of normal everyday people.

I'd be curious to hear your take on alien abductions/visitations. When I was around 7-9, I had an experience of waking up in the middle of the night, surrounded by alien beings. It was so traumatic that I suppressed it for 6 years years when all of a sudden I remembered it vividly while I was talking to somebody.

It fits the description of a night terror.... but I dunno.. *scratches chin*

One day I'll get into what I know about alien abduction. In the meantime, read books and google and you'll learn a lot I'm sure

Well the thing is the dream had more signs. After that happened, I was redirected to just a normal place which was a locker room and I met the person that also had the shot. The dream continued with other weird things. So it just doesn't seem to connect to alien abduction. If it was alien abduction, wouldn't I be feeling something? But at the same time I heard about them implanting things on human bodies, not really sure what to believe. It didn't look like a typical alien. Can they change form or is there different species that might not look like typical alien with a bubble head?

Supposedly aliens can implant memories to make you think you were visited by doctors. Almost like a cloaking device. I wasn't totally serious about the alien abduction thing, but elements of your dream reminded me of what I've read.
