Why can't i control my energy

I've known about PSI and all that stuff for almost a year now and I'm still not good at it. Could someone maybe give me some advice on how to channel this energy?

Well im trying to accomplish focusing the energy that i have into my hands and just keep it there. It's hard for me to explain it but i hear about these people who try it and get results that they can make PSI balls and what not. so far i've only felt some light tingles but nothing more.

Hmm I've never heard of genuine Psi balls.
If it can be done I'd like to see this, mabey freezing possibilitys? Like liquid nitrogen balls.

Well most people think seeing is believing but i just wanna feel it strongly that is enough to make me believe that its ACTUALLY real you know?

I would just keep working at it until the feeling gets stronger. I had a hard time feeling my chakra energy until I just kept working at it every day. Now I can detect differences in size and energy.

Just wondering, by psi balls do you mean like imagining a ball of energy rotating around your hand, and being able to feel it?

What kind of exercises do you do to help you feel the energy between your hands?

Try rubbing your hands together, back and forth briskly for several minutes. When you stop, very slowly pull your hands apart, just an inch. You might feel the heat or maybe a slight magnetic pushing/pulling sensation between your hands. If you do this regularly, you will start to feel the energy.

Ok so its been a while but ive mannaged to feel a magnetic pulse between my hands when i focus it. Kinda like when you hold 2 magnets opposite together and they repel thats how it feels, very lightly, but i can feel it. I'm going to go and try to use this energy and possibly just shoot it at stuff with my imagination do you think that could help or just a waste of time?

Well here's the thing i was a skeptic untill i had my experiance. Here's what i did i had one of my friends that knew nothing of this PSI and stuff and i focused my energy and i focused it on him after a while on his neck and i asked him if he felt anything and he said yes, on my neck. Sure this sounds like david blaine crap but its not just try not to doubt yourself like saying o well its just in my head youve gotta believe to succeed. Just try what i did after you get eh feeling of getting a warm feeling in your hands.

It's definitely not imaginary. The magnetic sensation is right on track. Trust what you experienced yourself. Keep going with it. It is increasing your sensitivity. Try playing around with the energy with a friend. Create the energy ball between you and your friend's hand. See how far apart you can get and still feel the energy.

Yeah, the magnetic feeling is right. Sometimes when I do it, my hands start to tingle and twitch a bit themselves. Not exactly sure if that's good or not, but oh well.

My Reiki clients sometimes twitch when receiving the energy healing. I think it might be an effect from energy channels opening or stagnant energy releasing.

Hi! Just keeping working on focusing the energy. It comes eventually. Something that works for me is to imagine a spark or ball of energy in between my hands. I'm not sure, but having a semi-visual focus really does seem to help. I happen to know that psi energy exists, because about a month ago I stole each one of my friend's hands seperately and made a small psi ball spin on their hand. Each on said that it felt like something was spinning in their hand, without me giving any clues at my actions. (Funny. I started working on energy when I was 11-two years ago- when I saw a spark in my hand. I didn't even know what I was doing until about a year ago. Figures.) Well, go luck, and keep trying!!!

I don't know much about psi energy, but rubbing my hands together and placing them over areas of pain acts as a quick painkiller for me. I haven't tried this on anyone else though. But I definitely think energy comes from our hands, so keep trying!

From many experiences of my own as well as professionals advice, imagination does not work in nearly every case if not all. The idea is to just let the natural processes work and focus, not focus on the desired outcome but the sensations and flow of energy. By imagining it, it stops the process. You must not think of what you want. like for example, wanting to make a spoon bend so you imagine it, it'll never work because you are trying to control the natural processes with a desired outcome. Just relax and focus more on your energy release and output rather than the objective.

I think the twitches are from the excess energy firing the nerves. It is a good thing..as long as it isn't so jerky that you are whiplashing yourself. If twitching is present, to me it is a clear sign that there is the extra energy enough there, to fire those nerves involuntarily.

Yes, I agree that practicing with another individual, is definitely a way to increase your sensitivity.

Psi balls feel like those science museum static balls in my hands. Sometimes when I have an excessive buildup of energy from meditation, to the point where I am surging lightbulbs one right after another, I will make a psi ball...and then I will place the energy into a weakened plant outside and watch it perk right up within an hour. I have healed plants that got windexed maliciously, with psi balls.

You may want to also try, when making psi balls and they seem like they are losing energy or the energy don't seem to become as strong as you would like....speed up the energy within it, and curve your cupped hands about, until you feel the energy flow more freely. sometimes widening the curve in your hands helps..and sometimes tightening the curve helps. You will know more what I am talking about, when you actually try it.

Also try moving hands apart a little further, then back to where they were, a couple of times...and you will feel the energy has gained momentum. Maybe that is just me, but it is like the yo-yo on it's rebound spin.

I do this with my older daughter. She definitely feels it! And my sister, who didn't know anythign about it, was holding her one night and my daughter starts practicing on her, my sister definitely felt something because she kept saying "it tickles!"

well i was trying to do what you all was doing and i don't feel a thing, when i concentrated i just feel like a heavy feeling in my stomach and i try rub my hands and when i concentrate i just feel then getting warmer idk this things r weird can someone explain to me whats wrong with me or how the steps in doing it?
