Astral vampirism

Tonight i had a pretty disturbing experience that some entity looking like a younger guy tried to vampire my energy from one of my hands that were over the end of my bed. Although it was mixed with a dream i know that it was real because the experience felt too real and disturbing. Now i'm not sure why it/he did not attack center of my body instead of my exposed hand? Maybe it was a bad circulation and that is why my hand now feels little bit numb but something is not right. I know that there are vampiric orders with members drinking blood but could there also be human looking vampires that "drink" energy?

Though it is possible that when we are in the "twilight realm," the place between sleep and awake, we can have dreams in which we open our eyes and look around the room and believe ourself to be awake, it is also possible that something very real happened to you.

How did you feel afterwards? Physically and emotionally? That is usually the best test of what actually occurred.

There are people, some psychically gifted, others completely unaware, who "vamp" our energy.

Some deliberately learn how to contact sleeping dreamers and through planting visions and weaving scenarios, to get us to volunteer up our own life energy.

They justify this is several ways and claim that the stolen energy is replenished before waking. That's a very thin argument in my opinion.

But enough said about that....

What happens more often is that people vamp our energy in our waking world, through contact with us.

They are the people who always have a problem, who can turn any conversation back towards themselves and who seem to always leave us feeling, upset, confused or just plain tired.

Many of them, having lived in our hectic, stressful, modern world, are completely unaware that they are doing this. They think that everyone behaves the way that they do.

Whatever happened to you, and I make no claim to know what that was, if it happens again, immediately say "Stop" and mean it. If it continues, pay attention to what you feel afterward, this should tell you if its truly a dream or not.

Well this neg occurrences continue a little longer than i would like(a year now). Yes it fell pretty real because i was in paralyzed state and i tried to get "him" leave my hand and actually "strangle" him if i only was not paralyzed.

I think it attacked my hand because it was weakened from lower energy, it did not stand above me to suck my energy but it was in kneeling position and "attacked" my hand and when i rebelled it tried to attack any exposed part of my "body" i.e. it was my head. The problem is when and try to meditate on light i get negative dark energy feedback.

A lot of people have experiences like you describe while in that paralyzed state between waking and sleep, and swear it seemed real as day. It has something to do with the mind being awake while the body is asleep.

That said, I don't know what you experienced, but this explanation might give you peace of mind.

Well many times i had "visitors" from tiny little funny daemons to accidental bypassing voyeurs, angry ghosts and now a "vampire"... all viewed in sleep paralysis.

Something you could experiment with: Clear yourself and the room before going to sleep. Erin has a good write-up on clearing your chakras here. Then clear your room. Say or think loudly something like this: "Only beings of love and brilliance who work for my highest good are allowed here." Ask the beings of love and brilliance to surround you and fill your room, and imagine them repelling darker entities.

If you want to be even more thorough, include your whole house. Mentally explore each room, looking for dark spots. If you find a dark spot or something that feels negative, address it specifically and insist it leave, repeating the phrase. If you encounter a stubborn entity who refuses to leave, ask a being of love and brilliance to escort it away.
