 Spirit guides interfering with other's lives? I have a question, I have heard a strange story about someone's spirit guide. He claims that his spirit guide once took this man's ice cream truck for a joy ride and caused the owner of the ice cream truck to lose his business. My question is this, why would another person's spirit guide be doing something that has nothing to do with the person that guide is watching over. The only way I can think of that happening is that sometimes two different people's guides can work towards a common goal but I don't really think they would have the right to interfere in lives that have nothing to do with their charge, what are your thoughts on this?      |

| A spirit guide in an ice cream truck? Sounds like the set up for a joke. Are they implying that a spirit guide, in spirit form, took the car out for a joy ride, or that a spirit guide took human form and took it out for a joy ride?

| I think he was implying that the guide took control of it, while in spirit form. I guess it does sound kind of dumb. Although I did have a wierd feeling posting that up though. |

| Yep... I'm confused too.  I've never heard of a Spirit Guide taking over anything. Period. In my experience that's not how it works. They don't even take over people, much less machines. A Spirit Guide may have influenced their charge to do something for themselves to their charges' benefit, but not by possession. Now, that's not to say that posession and other forms of supernatural control aren't possible, but I just don't think we're talking about a Spirit Guide here. Sounds spurious to me.... |

| There is no way that actually happened. A Spirit Guide would never do something like that. Never. Whoever told you that is either a liar, or completely delusional.

| Maybe the spirit guide was talking about one of his human incarnations and trying to tell a story about it. Some spirit guides were humans at one point, and they could tell stories about their human lives in order to teach, in the same way that the Buddha would tell stories of his own past lives to teach. |

| The story sounds like a satire of spirit guides. But if it is real, it would have been a darker entity. Either that or the ice cream truck was manufactured by Mitsubishi. |
