Astral?

Hmm, i have been astral before and this felt like it, but this time things were different.

During my dream i became lucid. I asked one of the characters about if she knew where my Spirit Guides are and if she knew she was just a character. She seemed to know and mumbled something about keys to something, maybe another World.

Anyways, i then surrounded myself with light and love and focused on going to the astral plane. I feel my state changing and i was hoping i wouldn't wake up because it felt like i was close to. I opened my eyes, i was back on my bed, but then i felt someone pulling my sheets towards them, i quickly put my left hand on the left side of my bed to stop them. I was trying to say love to them, but i wasn't able to talk, i was able to think though.

I then snapped out of it, but i snapped back into a dream. I got out of bed and quickly put light and love in the area i felt he was. I turned around and noticed my window was cracked open, so i went and closed it. I went to the living room and my uncle was sleeping on the couch, i told him about the experience and he muttered something about peeing himself (lol). I then woke up! My bed sheets were not pulled.

All i had to say was astral (with intent behind it) to shift into that state. The question is are we able to still hold onto solid objects while in astral? If felt like the astral plane, but it was different this time.

The previous time this happened i opened my eyes to something on the top of my neck and head. He sounded like a distraught beast and was shaking on top of me, also had a metal rod or cane with holes through it. I was able to say love though and when i did he ran away before i snapped out of t.


It feels as if the astral plane is inbetween the dream and waking state. Hrm.

I'd like to add i have been in this state before. They were friendly experiences though. Saw Spirits and left my body to mingle with one. It's only when i put my intent on speaking to Guides or my Higherself i ended up experiences the last two things i posted above.

There are many in between places. I have often struggled with being in a sort of half in, half out state. I don't know exactly what they all are.

Hmm, that could just be what i was in.

I was told by another medium that i should meditate on the experience i'd like to have and align my heart with divine love before projecting. Asking lower entities what they want, telling them no ty , and sending them love. Also focus on moving up to higher realms while i'm astral.

I'll try that, i just seem to jump into it without fully preparing myself.

It's interesting that you talk about those in between places. I have astral projected by accident a bunch of times, having mixed feelings about where I ended up. I want to learn how to do it on purpose, but I don't understand how you are supposed to steer yourself. Also how do you snap out of it? I don't want to go there until I know how to come back. If you have any advice I would love to hear it.

So you are aware that you can bring things back with you, is it really as simple as visualizing love to get rid of them? About where it is, that's the one thing I am sure of. It's right on the edge of sleep, have you ever had that falling feeling right before you are about to start dreaming, and it wakes you up. I picture that as tripping over the astral world on your way through the door.
