i finally did it!

i finally did it, i think. i was trying to have a lucid dream and then shoot out of it to have an obe, and i actually did!
i woke up halfway through a dream, and i tried to get back into the dream and have a wild. and i did, once i new it was a dream, i felt for my body, and imagined i was in a bottle, and the bottle was my physical. then i went out of it. it was great, i remember floating towards the ceiling and then looking down at the room, it looked normal, but i went to sleep on a bed, but i shot out of my body with my body in meditative position an the floor, i later awoke back in my bead, wierd, but anyways, i looked down at the room and saw a trash can, wich is usually never there, but i pushed it over, wich is weird becausei was expecting my hands to go through it. then i talked to my roomate, wich i know i was realy talking to her subconcious, and i was naked, so she told me to get some pantys on, im a guy, what the heck. then i tried to sjoot out of the window, but i hit i fase first. ughh, then i went through the door to see somehing that i wasnt expecting and make sure it was real afterwards. i went to another roomates room, but thre was just a little girl in there, asleep. then i went to were the kitchens supposed to be, but there was a babys room in there. ok, i went downstairs to visit another roomate, and found a very tall guy, i was small, but he was realy tall, i went up to his knees. i said wow, your tall im small, to him, he laughed and we talked. then i took off, and flew through the walls, i remember that good, going through walls. its so weird, and cool. like passing through alot of layers of thin sheets hanging up to dry. i loved it. then i looked around to see any spirits were in the house, none, exept the fact that there never isnt any one else but adults living in the house right now, and no giant living here either. i then woke up and told my roomate, she gasped when she herd about the babys being in the room, then told me that shes gotten two abortions and felt realy bad about it now, but one was about 3-4 years ago and the other was about 2 years ago, the age of the children i suspect, but i dont know what the tall guy whas, maybe my spirit guide, or maybe that i just had a lucid dream about having an obe. that would explain the messy house, because thi house is clean, but in the experience, the house hadd the same wall and room placements, but it was realy messy. or maybe i projected in a different time zone. help!

i used to lucid dream quite a bit when i was a kid, doesnt happen anymore though.

all you have to do is train yourself to wake up in the middle of the night, and try to get back in the dream you were just having, try to take a little concioussness with you to the dream, and make a reality check in the dream, and become lucid. youll have one, also, meditate every day for about 10-15 minutes and imagine your somewhere else while your meditating, make it as real as possible. its harder than it sounds.
