i need help on astral projection
 

ive tried everything, its just i always fall asleep or nothing happens, please help.

How long have you been trying, and what books have you read on the subject?

ive been tryin for about a month or two and ive read ,are you physcic,by hanz holzer, astral dynamics,by robert bruce, journeys out of the body,by robert monroe, lessons out of the body, by robert.... out of body experiences,by robert paterson, and a couple of wicca books, and just about everything online.

Cameron, master lucid dreaming and go from there. Learning to awaken your consciousness is important. Once you have that skill it's much easier to awaken your astral body and move out of your physical one. Don't try to do it before bed. Better to try around 4 in the morning. You want your body to be very calm and right before bed it's probably still in control.

iv had a couple of lucid dreams before, and ill try it, but i realy think that you can astral project straight out of youre lucid dream, have you ever dont it erin?

I have dreamed that I astral projected but knew it was a dream, not a real projection. There is a big difference.

do you know who first developed the term astral projection or the idea of it. does anyone know? at first i thought that robert monroe was the first, but in one of his books he talked about the ''underground'' telling him about it. and he also said that the hindu religions sometimes did it, i didnt know that.
