Black dream

hey all,

I have been learning about astral projection and lucid dreaming for about 3/4 months now and been practicing techniques for both, i have reached the vibrational phase of astral projection 3 times but only through lucid dreaming. two of these lucid dreams were very weird..... i was asleep in bed and was aware of this but i was also dreaming and in my dream i could'nt see anything it was just black not dark just sort of empty and black i was aware of this for a few minutes then began to vibrate then i woke up.

am just curious to know if anyone else has had this black dream or can help me to understand its relevance at all. also a few more tips on either lucid dreaming or astral projection would be great too.

now, being aware of both your sleeping body and your dreaming body is known to some as DUAL CONSCIOUSNESS

it can rather suck, especially if your dream is a mightmare! and your in two places unable to fight back 100%
the void is a massive extension of nonthingness, most of my experience have been good while there, though i had one or 2 bad ones while in the void..
it sure is a interesting place, but i find my views on it constantly changeing its confuseing ill share with you one of my bad experiences one day.... see ya
