 |  Psychic and paranormal skills.
I'm curious about this section of the forums and weblogs. What would one do to begin gaining a working command of psionics? What are your opinions about the scientific verifiability of psychic and paranormal phenomena? |

To gain some working command of psionics one should practice. There are exercises available on the net. A good place to start is: Developing ESP - First steps There are more exercises available after the 2 on that page. About scientific verifiability. Well, there have already been done lots of scientific tests. Many of them suggest that there are psi phenomena. A good read about this are two books by Dr. Dean Radin. Dr. Radin currently is the head scientist for the Institute for Noetic Sciences in California. This institute for more than 20 year now researches the subject of consciousness and psi. Generally, Dr. Radin have said that they are no more so much try to test if psi exist. Now they are trying to figure out how it works. I tend to respect Dr. Radin. I currently read his second book, called "Entangled Minds", where he talks a lot about psi research. |

Psionics needs a lot of practice and an adaptable belief system. It is not really hard, only the beginning is the most tricky part.
