My paranormal experiences...

These experiences are mostly from my childhood..the most recent being a year ago I was asleep in my room the curtains were drawn but it was morning so there was some light in the room,I was having a dream..two men in white
jackets(psychologists/docters) were sat talking the 1st said "how did you know she was evil?" the 2nd said "I saw it in her eyes"..then it showed a girl who looks kinda like me slowly look up at me with very piercing evil eyes..I could feel an energy on my head (you know like when you hold a pen an inch away from that place between the eyes)..something inside my mind told me to open my eyes...and there about 5 inches away from my head was something black with no features blocking half my vision..then I quickly heard a sharp noise like a horse when its frightend & running away in my mind...the thing disappeared in less than a second I actually felt hooves on my covers I woke up fully at first trying to rationalize what had just happened I thought it might have been the cat but there was nothing in my room.
Another one..this happened when I was about 9 I was talking with my mum before going to bed we were actually talking about outer body experiences..as soon as she left the room my head hit the pillow (this never happens Ive had mild insomnia most of my life) I sat up looked around the room then fell back into my body and woke up lying there..after wed just been discussing the subject I ran and told my mum of course she didnt believe me.
When I was 3 too young to play tricks like this..my grandma had just moved into her new place objects moved & doors slammed by themself so she suspected a spirit was on the 2nd floor it only happened there. One day I came down into her kitchen & said "hes up there nana" she asked who is I said "you know who".
what do you think? Has any one been through similar? has anyone had experiences with BEK or shadow people?

yes i have, i think, and i think thar these ''shadow people'' are entities or ghosts.
