Hereis a method you can try. If you have a photo of person set it in front of you if not get as clear a picture as you can of the person in your mind. Set in a relaxed position, close your eyes and begin in aslow easy manner. As your breathing becomes deeper begin to imagine breathing in energy through the top of your head or crown chakra. Draw the energy down into your chest or heart chakra and then send this from your heart to the heart of the person with the problem. This method uses none of your energy and allows the person receiving to accept it or reject the gift.

Yes i actually sent the energy i drawn from the universe and sent it to the heart of the friends mother, the feeling was odd and great at the same time; i actually felt energized and good... i only don't know why the groin chakra region started to hurt? It was the sharp pain at the moments. Thanks! |

It would have been right and balanced if your body began to draw energy from the earth into your lower chakra. Although you didn't know what to do your intention was clear and your higher self acted accordingly with the proper energy tuning for your body. We have to understan that what we think we are learning for the first time is really a state of remembering what we have always KNOWN. As for your lower chakra it was self tuning to the need of your body for when we heal selflessly we also heal ourselves. Keep it up and you will be in tune like a fine piano which will allow you to do more and more healing if that is your intention

I do both! Reiki energy comes down from above and floats down my arms out of my hands. Quantum touch teaches us how to pull energy up from the ground to our heads, then down and out through our hands. Having played with both I find Reiki to be more gentle and quantum more firey - however both work and are powerful. Sometimes I do both at the same time - other times one feels more right than the other. So do what feels right.
