| Hello my forum friends, hope you are all okay. Also i am hoping you may be able to help me with the following: I have for approximately 10 days now ben recordin dream and applying other techniques used to induce lucid dreaming. Now i awoke the other night at a time, i can only guess to be about 2-3 in the morning, with a great feeling. I dont recall dreaming anything. I only recall my feelings, i felt a great sense of acheivment and thought to my self wow, i was even smiling and felt really happy. My problem is i am skeptical as to wether or not this could have been my first lucid dream, as cannot recall a dream. Opinions please. Thank's all, Karlos

Either way, don't worry too much about it. It sounds like you're doing well wi l the journal, so a real lucid dream may be on its way. Edit: That is such a weird typo I'm just going to leave it. I was trying to say 'well with'. |

| In a lucid dream, you "consciously" change things. For example: In one dream I had, I was skiing down the hill, and as I got closer to the bottom, the snow got more and more melted, exposing dirt and rocks. I realized I was dreaming, and thought, "I can fix this!" so I made a wide swath of fresh, soft powder in front of me as I continued to the bottom. Erin describes that as she got better at lucid dreaming, she was not only able to alter things within a dream scene, but able to change dream scenes, often choosing to be a superhero or visit attractive celebrities. (I believe she said this on a podcast she recorded |

| Yes i am aware of the definition of a lucid dream ( to know you are dreaming ). But i have read that allot of people, when succeeding for the first time get to excited and wake up, i thought perhaps this may have been the problem with me, but with lack of reccolection? Cheers, karlos
