Hi all, Any tips on attaining lucidity in dream's i have been writing a dream diary for a week and can recall my dream's quite sucessfully ( except for today, i remembered it but thought, i will write it down later and forgot again, DOH! ) and i request to my subconscious mind that i become conscious in my dream's but nothing yet. I know i can lucidly dream because i have had a few in the past acidently. Any help would appreciated, also perhaps some advice on astral projection, i have astral projected too, by accident. I had a sort of o.b.e through meditation last night. I say sort of i think it was more imagination than anything. Is this a true o.b.e? cheers karlos

I have had several lucid dreams on accident before too. I quickly forgot about it though because I didn't think it was "normal healthy" sleep. Later I found out that it was quite an extraordinary experience indeed. I have had one accidental O.B.E as well, and my fear kicked it and dragged myself back into my body :'(. Anyways, I think there's several books on lucid dreams with CD's with them that help you have the lucid dreams. Other than that you can try intentions and see if that works. Good luck. Eric |
