no one seems to care or acknowledge subliminal messages except for us lol i just started using subliminal messages to make myself grow taller. no success yet, but i have friends who say they had success in improving concentration and confidence. depending on your views that you want to change, the effects of the messages may take a few days to afew months. and physical changes typically take longer to do since reconstruction of neuoro pathways in the brain are way smaller and therefore faster done than burning fat or gaining height, muscle, hair, even boobs etc etc. |
