I've independently spent years contemplating personal development and genius - discussing the benefits of unleashing both with my students. For some time now, my students have been asking me to share my philosophical insights in a way that could be experienced repeatedly and by a wider audience. After much contemplation, the use of use a blog seemed appropriate - the information could be conveyed in a similar manner as experienced in one of my classroom or private instruction settings. It is my wish that this series will give the readers a perspective that makes sense but may not have been considered previously. Thanks, Mike Estep, Ph.D. __________________________________________ Mike Estep.com - Common Sense Outside the Box |

My believe is that we all have to know our natural talents so we can refine it, improve it and tern it into our strength. It can get us clear on our vision, purpose and values. All other things will follow. We are all here to help each other, lets leave honest comments and feedback on each other blogs to help make it better for others to enjoy reading listening or watching. |

Hi, Nice thread - thanks! My two main personal development sites are in my signature, and you can find a wealth of articles at the blog Follow Your Path. At IncreasingVelocity.com you will find the infamous Personal Development blog list - it is very extensive and a wonderful place to start. Most of the better PD bloggers are listed, and you'll find a wide variety of philosophies and topics covered. A special shout out to Steve Aitcheson, who helped inspire my journey - you may not remember me, but I remember you! You and Gleb Reyes were instrumental in inspiring me a long time ago... Quick Background My websites were created with my own struggles in mind, so I truly hope you find them very, very useful. Specifically, I began this journey many years ago and found I had to search high and low for good information. With so many scams and 'gurus' around, especially online, I found good information both precious and scattered. Like many of you, I bought almost every product and book I could find. Personal development can become a passion, and it certainly did for me -- it still is, more so than ever! I have explored and changed/improved almost every aspect of my life, and n my opinion personal development should include all aspects, from relationships to financial freedom to health and fitness and more. For these reasons, I created the sites to contain a wealth of resources, with all the fabulous tools and information I found over the years but ALL IN ONE PLACE. I know I wish I had been able to find one good place where I could go and find books, tapes, ebooks and articles with true value and good advice, so this is what I deliver. Everything on both sites has been tested and found useful by either myself (for the most part) or by business partners. Enjoy, and I will be sure and check out some of the great sites and blogs which have been mentioned here as well. If any are really good and not on the PD blog list I'll be sureto add them. Cheers, and may you all achieve your grandest dreams! SMA |

My blog is influenced by the writings of Robert Anton Wilson, who discusses rejecting and adopting beliefs freely in order to have the most enjoyable life possible. And my viewpoint is strongly affected by having been a Jehovah's Witness for many years. Address is in the sig, and the about me page, About Me | Belief Systems & Other BS explains where I'm coming from.

My blog is Living the Life I was Intended to Live it is really a combination of personal development and an account of how personal development has impacted my life since I truly became a student of personal development. It is incredibly powerful when we realize how much we can impact the outcomes of our own lives

Great blogs! I have bookmarked many of them to re visit. I've been reading Steve's blog for quite a while now. My own blog is about life and all its aspects. Examples: my experiences being an immigrant to New Zealand, the laughs and people, about entrepreneurship, work, wacky ideas, projects, our lifestyle block and the animals, self development and about trying not to take life too seriously... so it's quite diverse! Mindpopsicles I always appreciate feedback. I've been writing for 6 years sending general emails overseas and just started blogging last December. It's a great experience and I really enjoy it. It's great to connect to other bloggers and see what they do. Very inspiring. |

I have my blog linked in sig. I don't usually think of it as personal development though. I see my role as writing critically about personal development topics... to motivate people take more response ability for their belief systems, emotional health, and personal effectiveness in life. I try to empower people to make peace with their "ego" despite all the New Age pressure to be polarize to the light. Because anything anti-ego has a limited understanding of the true beauty of the ego, and why we need to integrate it. |

My blog is about taking a slightly more scientific approach to health and happiness and aims to provide new and innovative ways to think about both, as well as practical tips for becoming both happier and healthier. Enjoy! AlexL Happiness in this World |
