Thank you... JT |

I think what you're looking for is the field called "serious games," which are games designed for adult learning, skills acquisition, and business training. This Wikipedia entry has more information, and you can also do a Google search for "serious games" |

Hi Brutha Thank you for responding. I am basically looking for games and activities that will drive home the learning points related to the principles of personal mastery (as meted out by Peter Senge). This games are like team building games of-sorts. JT |

JT--I use cases developed by Northwestern University, descriptions of which can be found here amongst other activities. Negotiations cases don't have to be taught for the straight "negotiations" lessons... since the cases are rooted in the premise that you need to know what you want, need to be able to communicate what you want, and need to know how to listen for what the other side wants in order to be successful, you can use them to highlight effective/ineffective personal communications strategies, ethical interactions, etc. Another source for games, etc., is the teambuilding store. Hope this helps! |

Thank you, Jason, for the sites. I'll check it up. I have already developed the curriculum, but am searching for activities to drive home the learning points. JT Training, Engaging the Adult Learners |
