Default Need advice on activities for Personal Mastery

I'm preparing a few facilitation sessions related to Personal Mastery; the scope is that of Peter Senge's -

Personal Vision
Creative Tension
Structural Conflict
Commitment to the Truth
Using Your Subconscious

Are there Internet Sites where I could access the loadful of activities and games to enhance learning of the above concepts?

Thank you...

JT

Hey John

Not being condescending here but I laughed when you said if there is any Internet games for you to learn this concept, haha.

But hmmm, how about making money with sales? That help you learn Structural Conflict, or something.

I think what you're looking for is the field called "serious games," which are games designed for adult learning, skills acquisition, and business training.

This Wikipedia entry has more information, and you can also do a Google search for "serious games"

Could you give an example for one of the games you are looking for?

Default Games / Activities that enhances self-realisation

Hi Brutha

Thank you for responding.

I am basically looking for games and activities that will drive home the learning points related to the principles of personal mastery (as meted out by Peter Senge). This games are like team building games of-sorts.

It would help if you describe what you are looking for instead of listing labels like personal mastery and Peter Senges name (someone who most of the people in this forum haven't heard of).

JT--I use cases developed by Northwestern University, descriptions of which can be found here amongst other activities.

Negotiations cases don't have to be taught for the straight "negotiations" lessons... since the cases are rooted in the premise that you need to know what you want, need to be able to communicate what you want, and need to know how to listen for what the other side wants in order to be successful, you can use them to highlight effective/ineffective personal communications strategies, ethical interactions, etc.

Another source for games, etc., is the teambuilding store.

Hope this helps!

Default Activities...

Thank you, Jason, for the sites. I'll check it up. I have already developed the curriculum, but am searching for activities to drive home the learning points.
