It is from Flylady.... I really think that doing a little everyday (babysteps) is a sure way to get where you want to be. As in the secret, when they explain that you can drive from A to B seeing just a few km ahead.... It also reminds me about Kaizen, what Tony Robbins calls CANI...

Doing little things everyday to make your life better... It may be slow, but this way, you are sure to reach your goal someday...

I know of some that run in my family:

what an old auntie used to say:
" You will have to be alive to get to the place where you die first."

and my 'own': carpe diem, seize the day

I have a collection of inspiring quotes that I love. Many of them has become my motto in life and have helped me succeed to get through even the most difficult situations in my life.

The quote I live by:

someone telling me something can't be done always motivates me to try harder just to prove them wrong.

And three that I've been applying recently (because I lack in motivation):

"You don't have to get it right. JUST GET IT GOING"

"Just Do it"

and "100% of the shots you don't take don't go in."

I've set my main theme for this year is to live with courage. And I found this part of Steve Jobs' Stanford University 2005 commencement address to be very inspiring:

Mine is the quote in my signature, which is my own. Every time I think that it has become obsolete, it redefines itself and shows that it is still perfect, just in a different way. It reminds me that everything I need to be I already am, and that part of me has always known that.
