Question Enforcing Limits

One thing I think contributes to making this not very easy is the fact that sometimes limits are hard to define in binary terms.

So, assuming you have limits set, how do you go about enforcing them?

Sometimes you can define something on a scale of 1-10 if binary doesn't work...

Do you need to clearly define your limits? I would rather ask: What do I need to reach my goal?
