Default too much choice!!

hi there everyone,
new to the forum though I've been browsing the sight and reading all of your posts for awhile now!! I'm looking to buy a meditation programme, but there is soooo much to choose from so some advice would be great....the trouble is there are at least three that I would like to be using each one addressing different areas of development...holosync for meditation and brain entrainment, Higher balance for paranormal development, and flowdreaming for manifestation. Now, if I use holosync it takes an hour a day, yes? so how on earth do you fit all of the others in too?!! Does the holosync have to be done religiously every day, or can you work in a schedule so for example using one or the other on various days (obviously the results for each will be slower)- or if you start with holosync daily for say 3 months then reduce the frequency to slot in others? Oh, and I'm also trying a couple of the paraliminals. Any advice re this, and also whether anyone has any experience with either flowdreaming or higherbalance.com, as I read much on here about holosync but not much about these two.
many thanks!

Just a suggestion;
Try each for a month and than decide which one you want to stick with...

Understanding your reasons to meditate will help you choose which 'method' to go deep in.

Also please consider this: You need nothing other than your body, heart, mind & breath to meditate.

All the products listed are just that: products. While they are helpful, most miss the true purpose of meditation.

Meditation is simply a return to your natural self, a way to have a relationship with your own divinity & the sacredness of life. The technology & software (actually wetware) are inside.

holosync for meditation and brain entrainment,
Holosync is brainwave entertainment, with timetested techniques from the 80, but without more modern forms of brainwave enterteinment. I would rather recommend modern alternatives.

PS: Using multiple exclamation marks in your headline is bad style, and shows that you don't care about the reader of your posts but only about your own need for answers.

I also like the more modern program you have recommended. I use it personally and own the professional commercial version which gives me the ability to create and distribute entrainment programs.
