Default TED Conference

Does anyone else follow the TED Conference? The video talks they publish on their website are awesome. I've found some of them really inspiring.

One of my favourites is Hans Rosling who debunks third-world myths using a fantastic tool he developed to bring statistics alive. Another is Ken Robinson on "Do schools kill creativity?".

I've watched most of the videos on the main TED site, along with some others that were included in the netflix behind the scenes video "The Future We Will Create: Inside the World of TED". If you have netflix and enjoy TED, check out this video. A worthwhile longterm goal may be to try doing something so amazing that you may be invited to TED someday.

Here's one of the clips I watched most recently:

TED | Talks | Helen Fisher: The science of love, and the future of women (video)

One of my favorite TED presentations is Dan Gilbert talking about happiness. I do not have the URL handy but can highly recommend it to everyone.

You can subscribe to the videos as podcasts in iTunes (and probably other players), that's what I do. Currently have a back log of TED videos I haven't gotten to yet. Lots of inspiering stuff there though.

These TED-videos are really brilliant! I didn't know they update them regularly. Thanks for the hint.
