Next time you have a problem, don't worry and don't spend a lot of time on it, just write down what it is and ask for it to be solved. It's really simple and it works. You can place a time frame on it if you like, but if the time arrives and no answer, just ask it again and give it more time. Very often we get in the way of our own creatorship, sometimes we need to give the creative force some space to create. Spending a lot of time thinking about it can cloud the space and worry is just an emotion that focuses more on the problem. If you'll well practiced in the technique you can just think for the answer instead of writing it down, but to get started writing it out is good and it often helps you see that it's not that big a problem as you may have first thought.
