| I wrote this article about the importance of routine in life. I'm curious to know what you think. Winding Up And Winding Down, The Importance Of Routine.

| I agree!! I am quite structured , you are able to accomplish much more, your effeciency improves because of the routine... The mornings that I do not run, the next task on the list becomes my first.. everything falls into place with order , and if a curve ball should come my way, as they tend to do from time to time, I don't sweat it, the structue of routine is the same the next day , I so basicly I utilize my time well and feel quite full at the end of the day Oddly enough my life feels less full of monotony , which is kind of strange because you would think it would be the other way around.... |

| Two things, 1. How do you exactly acchieve flexibility, suppose you're unable to exercise/ meditate one day, do u do more of it the next day or make up the same day. 2. Do you follow the same routine forever or is it changed to bring in variation. For eg meditating in the evening etc. How do you decide upon the changes. In my case, i have a list of activities that i must perform during a 24 hour cycle. This is followed by a descritpion and suitable time for the same. I then use my judgment and put time against each of thsese activies and prepare a daily schedule. This is reviewd once in abt 10 months and minor varioations are incorporated. For eg suppose the list has an activity named sleep, then i woul put 10pm to 6am against it and similarly for other activities. |
