Do you jog? Hit the snooze repeatedly? Eat a good breakfast? Rush to work? Drink a bunch of coffee? Check your email?
^I turn off all 6 of my alarms... and then I roll out of bed, walk to the bathroom, brush my teeth, wash my face, pee, take a shower if I didn't the night before, dry my hair, put on makeup, drink a cup of juice/multivitamin mix, and quickly review my extensive To Do list that I wrote out the night before.

If I have something scheduled in the morning (like a session with a client), then I don't sit down at my computer! But if I don't have to be somewhere at a designated time, then I usually check my email, respond to the important ones, and exercise for 1-2 hours.
