| I had some people in mind I was talking to about a week ago. They were all telling me how they used to be full of idealism when they were young, but that it all went out of them at this point--they're in their fifties. And a lot of places I go I get that oh, she's young, look. So I wonder. I don't think what I believe is unconquerable. I feel like the others gave up, and that's probably the healthiest way to look at it. I know I certainly don't want to say in my 50s, oh, tut tut, to anyone. Go, people go. Accomplish what you set out to do. |
