Default Give me reasons to ...

Hey, PavlinaReaders!

I'm reading a book "Awaken the Giant within" from Tony Robbins, and he says that "if you want to change yourself, your automatic thinking, you have to change your beliefs, and to change your beliefs you need reasons "

If we know good reasons to DO something, or NOT to DO something, it often forms the perfect drive. Reasons are shaping our beliefs. In order to change them, we need new, better and stronger reasons, inline with what we want to change, and inline with what we want to happen!

SO, There is not much of a problem to come up with a few reasons, but More and Stronger reasons are probably better.

I think if we can build a good stack of reasons for each subject of improvement here, there are allot of people going to benefit from it.

We need reasons for CANI!(Constant And Never ending Improvement) people.

So, I personally need reasons to:

1) Go on a diet, and keep on dieting.

2) Earn lots of money and to become a billionaire.

3) Become a vegan, and to be able to cook nice and yummy vegan meals.

4) Work on my social life, and to be more respectful for other people's ideas.

5) Train everyday, whether it be running, other fitness or power training.

6) Give more to other people.

There are probably tons of other stuff that needs improvement to, not only with me, but also with others.

Give your reasons here, if you got other subjects where we/you must improve, please post it here too, so we can find some great and strong reasons together!!!

Thanks dearest PavlinaReaders!

2) money, to make financial things easyer, have more freedom.

3) Vegan, to live with other animals, IN PEACE, cooking vegan, to be able to eat nice vegan meals.

4) Social/Others ideas: To get more respect, by giving it.

5) sport thing: To have a more efficient body, to look good, to gain more social respect, to live longer)

6) To make other happy, so you can be more "peaceful" in your mind.

Hello Niki... good thread...

The best "reason" that I could give you is the fact that we only have one life to live... once it's over... it's finished... kaput... so, if you miss out on anything on this one trip on planet earth... you won't get a second chance...

Donald Trump says that he wants his life to be a statement... a short but very powerful message...

If "you" want your life to be a statement too... and you are serious about it... you will have all the reason and the motivation to accomplish the things that you want...

Best of luck to you...

.

I don't understand why you are delegating your reason creation to others. This really is a process which each individual needs to do independently. The reasons which motivate you the most are going to be found within you and will most likely differ from those of another individual.

It is my choice to let others inspire me. I need motivation and I'm sure that other people can use motivation to. It is true that you need to find reasons yourself, but define "finding something yourself". We are all one, and one is all. So why not share our motivation, thoughts, visions, and reasons. It's all from the same source, and goes all to the same source.

Maybe for you, you must find your reasons within you, but I'm different. And if I don't agree with a reason from somebody else, I have the personal power to refuse it, and replace it.

What motivates me the most, is what works for me. There are motivational reasons within me, that I don't know they exist(yet). Maybe they will come out, when they are triggered.
