[ADULT] How do I kill my addiction to porn?

I dread to think of it but the money I have been spending on watching sexually-explicit material (I shouldn't really call it "porn" because I always believed that porn was always a more dirtier and sicker form of... well... it's too sick to go into detail here but anyway) that it's getting to the point where about $200, probably more, has been accumulated over the recent months that I've spent looking at it.

GGGRRRR! I mean, I know this was my choice but that $200 could've went to getting the Apply Macbook I've wanted!

I've accomplished the first step of killing the addiction, which is knowing that I have the problem and seeking help for the issue. I mean, looking at "porn" is like smoking cigarettes. Do one, just one, you can't live without them. It's easy to fall into the trap but it's hard to get out of the trap once you're in it.

What do you guys think I should do from here?

Just set a limited amount that you are good with spending. If your single I see nothing wrong with a little visilization to keep you happy every night or day. Buy some tapes to watch over and over to fill your need. Just set some boundries would be your best bet.

There are lots of free porn sites like voyeurweb. You can view porn without having to spend money.

I have got most of my stuff off the net for free . Follow the other members to other forums and boards . Most are on one of the forums in a list hear A list of other forums desert rat

We're in the same boat except I look at thousands of free videos for free and without download. This doesn't help your addiction but it will your pockets. xhamster is where I go, every known legal category of porn there you could think of.

Addictions are a symptom....to get rid of them you have to eliminate the real problem. If you stop porn then you will replace it with something else. Fighting an addiction only strengthens the need to escape in them.

Like others have said, at least find a way to not spend money on it....tons of free stuff there, but again know that porn is your escape from the real problem, that you're not happy in your own skin.
