Hi everyone, Simply, I want to achieve my 2012 goals. Finally I'm at the life phase where I believe to have enough skills, knowledge and motivation to do what I want to do. For 2012 that is: 1. Enter MA in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology 2. Come closer to sexual mastery 3. Stick to monthly goals I created for expanding borders of my comfort zone. To be able to do that I need to develop only one essential skill and mindset this month. Skill is self-discipline and a winner mindset. So I dedicated this last month of 2011 to prepare myself for 2012 with this skill and mindset training, something analogous to the altitude training that alpinists do. To develop self-discipline skill and winner mindset I will to this: 1. Everyday achieve three essential goals of the day. Everyday I will chose three essential goal following the guidelines of Leo Babauta (zenhabits) which corresponds to my other goals of the month. Being persistent with those goals which I mentally framed as a step in a becoming winner should be enough for me to develop high-quality seeds of self-discipline. Everyday I will post about my monthly goals, and daily goals, progress and obstacles. Cheers! |

I think and want the same. If we put importance of sex in a person's life on Y axis, and the true dedication to progress in sex on a X axis, we would enclose very small surface. For some reason, most of the people I talk to are just not willing to train themselves to be better in sex. One of my friends commented: "Where is the magic than?" I find that comment to be on a wrong track. Magic comes from mastery, as state of flow is exactly that. Well, now to speak about my daily progress. So my most important tasks of the day were: 1. Make first draft of CV. 2. Choose and contact two referees for Letter of Recommendation. 3. Search for additional MA programs. All done! And all three tasks correspond to my essential monthly goals: 1. Apply for the MA in Work Organizational and Personnel Psychology MA 2. Finish one seminar for studies 3. Plant healthy seeds of self-discipline (and create momentum) Today I even did one short run interrupted by the rain. It's my second week of running every or every second day. Feels good. So, everyday I will try to do all three daily tasks and 30 minute run. |
