Here's mine goals.

1. Finish accordion site!
2. Add new 100 titles on my site!
3. Add new 100 youtube promo videos!
4. Install google analytics on site!
5. Add forum posts, and add keywords to all posts on site!
6. Ad some advertising on site!

Solid goals Gambler. Your site seems very comprehensive; I may come back as some of my personal goals for December relate to playing music. Keep up the great work.

Many goals and you are really fast! Good job!

Some design feedback here:

1. Change "All guitar videos" to "All Guitar Videos". Use small letters only for words such as "for", "an", "the".

2. You should also change some of the small letters in your post titles and the labels on the left to capital letters.

3. Your banner seems...off. Maybe you should just do something like this:


...and maybe add a picture of a guitar on the left.

4. Why do you use the word "DVDs"? For SEO purposes? It seems confusing to have "Videos" and "DVDs" together. Maybe you should just pick one keyword and go with it.

5. Who is your target audience? If the site is for beginners to intermediate I think adding a "Guitar Basics" or "Start here" section would be a great help.
