Ubermensch Day #36: Fresh Poon Tangs

Exercise like a War God: n/a. It’s Saturday.

Read a fascinating book: Read 25 pages of Aaron Wall SEO Book. (150/200 pages). He talks about link revelency, and PPC (pay per click) with some general PPC tips. The nature of SEO is somewhat dry, my eyes are so dried out reading this. However, the book reminds me to use PPC as part of the business model.

Learn a foreign language:
1 hour of hangul, the Korean alphabet. (Progress: 73 out of 156)

I’m using a flash card, and I’m learning roughly 20 new alphabets per day with previous lessons thrown in for review.

The hangul is getting harder, instead of 2 characters (a vowel and a consonant), I have to learn multi-vowels and consonants.

For example:

맛 – is prounced “map”. I can understand it now because ㅁ is ma, ㅏis ah, ㅅ is sa, so it forms “map”

핥 – is prounced “heart”. I can understand it because ㅎis ha, ㅏis ah, ㄹis la, ㅌis ta. HEART.

Word of the day: Procrustean – adjective – tending to produce conformity by violent or arbitrary means

Building an online business (Yeah!): Wrote a 500 words article. 1 content page. (Progress: 16/50 pages)

I need more startup capital to outsource and systemize EVERYTHING.

Current business model is having a website promoting through 4 revenue stream:
  • Adsense
  • Various in house affiliate programs
  • My own info products
  • Various CPA networks (clickbank, neverblue, shareasale etc)

Traffic models include:
  • SEO
  • Email marketing
  • Video marketing
  • PPC [soon to be implement]
  • Media buys (ezine articles ads, banner ads, and independent in website promotions) [soon to be implement]

The key here is to scale everything through automtion and outsourcing. Right now it’s a 1 man operation but I honestly don’t mind. I will re-invest the profit back into the business and someday, I will have an army of virtual digital slaves working on my online asssets.

Key here is to diversity. I would also lke to invest into low maintaince assets like rental properties and dividends.

To make $10,000 USD a month, I need to make $335 per day.

Watch something inspiration: watched 3 episodes of Honey And Clover II (4/12 episodes). The male characters slowly manned up and became more alpha. The love stories in the show is somehwat complex, where the characters mentally masturbate and backward rationalize for their cowardice. They should have use occam razor for their love life: keep it simple (AKA, time to make love in public, baby girl)

The show is highly touching and I shed a manly tear on episode 4.

Listen to self improvement audio (15 minutes) while doing yoga stretches: Jeff Oslon, “Slight Edge”. (Total time so far: 1 hour) Cliff notes: everyday, take simple daily action in your health, wealth, relationship, self improvement, and spiritual. Daily review through journaling. Learn through books and doing, and mentor. Plan, do, review, adjust. Success roots from the mindset. “Do the thing, get the power. Not get the power, then do the thing? (LOL)”

Meditate like a monk: meditated for 5 minutes (total accumulated time: 15 minutes). Today I focus on a koan, “What did your face look like before your parents were born?”. The point of solving a koan is to experience “kensho”, which [according to wikipedia] literally it means “seeing one’s nature”[1] or “true self.”[2] It generally “refers to the realization of nonduality of subject and object. An epiphany of some sort. Hopefully one day, I will intuitively understanding the meaning of life and death.

Daily Conclusion – what Ubermensch thinks:

Cell phone text: “I hope you feel better today. I love you

I love my girlfriend – lots and lots. But I have no delusion about love.

Why?

Because love is mostly a bio-mechanic thing that helps propagate our species. Those who are a slave to love will endure a life time of heart ache, nightmares and lonely nights (Yes you, beta males). Those who master and transcend love with enjoy a life time of hot sex, public sex and more importantly, fresh poon tang.

Always keep two kitty in the litter. Have three if you have lots of free time.

Ubermensch Day #37: Obnoxious SWPL Women

Meditate like a monk: Meditated for 5 minutes. (total accumulated time: 20 minutes) I set my cell phone to buzz when 5 minutes up. I realize that concentrating on a koan is actually hard for a beginner, therefore I just focus on breathing in and out and nothing more.

Exercise like a War God: n/a, it’s Sunday. I’m itching to hit to the gym but rest days is equally important as going to the gym. Can’t wait until Monday to hit the gym, I’m going to unleash my fury like a War God while making orgasmic faces while lifting.

Read a fascinating book: Read 25 pages of Aaron Wall SEO Book. (175/200 pages). He finish talking about PPC, mostly about Google adwords, then moves on “black hat” SEO techniques that people should avoid (link farm anyone?) Reading about SEO reminds me of prorgramming class back in high school – of course I didn’t do the work, I was playing Starcraft …

Learn a foreign language:
Memorized the vowels, how to write and pronounce it. Wrote each vowels 20 times each on paper the old traditional way. (elapse time: 60 minutes)

The ten vowls are:

ㅏ= ah (as in “ah I get it”)
ㅑ= yah (as in “yah mon” Jamanican accent)
ㅓ= uh (as in “uh huh”)
ㅕ= yuh (yuh sounds slightly like yeah except uh in the end)
ㅗ = oh (as in “oh I get it”)
ㅛ = yo (“YO HOMIE”)
ㅜ = Ooh (Ooh rhymes with goo, and not “oh” as in “oh no”)
ㅠ = you (hey you)
ㅡ = euh (as in “euh! what is that gross thing”)
ㅣ = ee (the letter E)

Memorize vowels by pairing it: Ah YEAH, UH YUH, OH YO, OOH YOU, EUH EE.

The long vertical straight line vowsl have the sound “ee” in it, while the hortizonal lines have the sound “uh” in it.

Word of the day: disingenuous / adjective / lacking in frankness, candor, or sincerity; falsely or hypocritically

Building an online business (Yeah!):
Quick keyword research, wrote a 600 words article (30 minutes to write) and add it to web site. (Progress: 17/50 pages). Starting tomorrow – Nov 29 – I’ll start a new habit of writing 100 words in 45 minutes, that should be about to make 2 pages for the website. If I double the content production, I double the pace how fast the website is build.

Progress for health niche website:
  • Content pages (Progress: 17/50 pages)
  • Email follow ups, 3 emails delivered per week. (Progess: 12/12 emails)
  • Back link building campaign (Progress: just started, I will eventually do link building everyday through various automated softwares)

What I need to focus on:
  • Write 33 more articles to hit the 50 pages mile stone
  • Put up 4 products recommendation for commission (It’s not safe putting all the eggs in 1 company)
  • Start the back linking campaign
  • Move on to the next project but continue link campaign and tweak website once every 2 months
  • Add another 12 email follow ups if the website performs well

In 6 months time I’ll report back what’s the profit for this website.

Listen to self improvement audio (15 minutes) while doing yoga stretches: Listened to Frank Kern “Core Influence”, (18 mins out of 1:56 hr) mostly talk about Internet marketing. He talks about how we make small leaps of faith and head dive into things (could be anything – gym, dating, vodoo etc). Sounds similar to doing small habits everyday. Frank gives his life story how he makes money online.

Watch something inspiration: watched 3 episodes of Honey And Clover II (7/12 episodes). On episode 7, one character laments: “What makes one person better then the other person? Where is the fork in the road?”. The fork in the road is the daily actions they take, the thoughts they input into their brains., the habits they have that makes up their character.

Daily Conclusion – what Ubermensch thinks:

I don’t date Western SWPL women. It’s not about the skin color – but the culture. The Western culture is that of decadence, sloth and hendonism. (Generally, SWPL women are Caucasian but the SWPL virus have affect many other races too)

They look fine during their teenage years (thanks to fast metabolism) but once they hit their mid to late 20s, they balloon into a bloated sea cow of some sort, from many weekends of binge drinking and pizza globbing.

It’s not just about the looks either. SWPL women have this high sense self entitlement with this snobby princess attitude – but wait, there’s more: there lack good moral values. They just don’t have the empathy – unless it affects them directly. [Don't let their SWPL rhetorics fool you]

Their Caucasian counterparts in Europe seems to be much more culture and pleasant to be around with. [Again, it's not the skin color, but the culture]

Whenever I go into a night club, I see it as a cesspool of STDs. Even the “hot” club hos is merely an illusion – the makeup, the bad lighting, the push up bras, the hair extensions. Given a 2-5 years time line, they’ll be bloating up to a sea cow too.

Instead of looking beautiful into their 40s like their European cohorts, SWPL women burn up like a shooting star. They quickly deteriorate after 25 years old. You can tell from the excessive cellulite, double chins, and flabby triceps. It’s gross.

(Oh – and the toxic values seem to be creeping up to Canada, affecting Canadian girls too. FML)

Finally – anyone who says women look more beautiful as they age are either: A) an middle age woman herself or B) a limp wrist beta male who can only get old women (35+ years old) because the competition for 18-26 years old bracket is too tough for them.

Protip: date Asians, Spanish, African and European counterparts. Avoid SWPL women like a plague. Nowadays I don’t even give them eye contact.

Ubermensch Day #38: Ethical Marketing

Meditate like a monk:
Meditated for 5 minutes. (total accumulated time: 25 minutes). I inhale through my nose, exhale through my mouth. Hands clasped and rested at the navel, just like how the old monk guy instructed. I breathed in and out. A swirling storm of thoughts pass through my mind. The thoughts come and quickly dissipate. That’s it, nothing more, nothing less.

Exercise like a War God:
Marched to the gym all giddy like a school girl. Today is the start of my new regiment, 5/3/1. Did 3×5 overhead press, the heaviest set I was lifting 70 lbs, it kinda looks embarassing but I remind myself to stick exactly to the prescribe routine instead of going heavier. I’m glad I did, because the accessory work 5 x 15 dips and 5 x 10 chin ups is tiring. I did 40 chin ups (rep: 10, 10, 8, 6, 6) and 32 dips (10, 10, 6, 6) and called it a day. Holy crap it’s tiring.

I work out with a demon like intensity and I don’t talk nor look at people, especially the attention seeking females wearing booty shorts to the gym in the middle of winter.

Listen to self improvement audio (15 minutes) while doing yoga stretches: Listened to Frank Kern “Core Influence: how to make ots of people do almost anything … but in a cool way”, (33 mins out of 1:56 hr). Two steps for mass influence – step #1: know what you want, and who you really are. Step #2: know what your market really wants, and know who they are. People have 2 identity: shell identity, and core identity. Shell identity is their day job “Bob the bank teller”. Core identity is what they dream to be, “Bob the rock star”. Core identity is people’s deepest desire; Bob as a kid nevre wanted to be a banker, he wanted to be a rockstar. Held identity is held back by circumstance and lack of knowledge. Two way to influence people – head to head, or core influence. Use core influence to sell more things.

Very interesting video, I would tempt to watch more but NO. 15 MINUTES PER DAY, BABY. Let me tell you why: I downloaded the video back in Oct 30, and tried to watch 1 hour of it in one sitting. It didn’t work out and I left it collecting digital dust until now.

It’s going to take me 6 days to finish watching this seminar.

Read a fascinating book: Read 23 pages of Aaron Wall SEO Book. (200/200 pages) He talks about selling SEO service and then ends with some cliff notes. Interesting book, kinda like a brief basic overview guide to SEO, the most important task being getting links with proper archor links to the money page.

Learn a foreign language:
1 hour of learning hangul, I like the method of writing it down on paper better then flash cards. Memorized the 10 vowels pretty good, plus the 14 consonants

I learned the consonants paired up with 1 vowel, for example, the vowel ㅏ paired up a consontant ㅎ is “ha” (ㅎㅏ) however I need to learn how to pronounce the consonants without pairing up the vowels. What if the pair is ㅎㅕ I would have a hard time to read and pronounce it.

Word of the day #1: mendacious / adjective / telling lies, especially habitually
Word of the day #2: auspicious – adjective – favored by fortune; prosperous; fortunate. – example: It’s been an auspicious morning for the new facility.

Building an online business (Yeah!): Wrote 500 words, 1 page for health niche website (Progress: 18/50 pages)

Woke up at 10:00 PM, ate something, sat down to write. I have writer’s block. Go downstairs to eat something, make myself coffee and tea. Go back upstairs to write, the words flow out more effortlessly now. Have a head ache, I think my brain is burning too many calories.

Upcoming things to do with the website:
  • Hire someone to create a logo for branding
  • Write 1000 words per day (2 pages) for website

Watch something inspiration: watched 3 episodes of Honey And Clover II (10/12 episodes). A Hagu-chan, an awkward 18 years old art student got into an accident and teared her tendons on her arm. She might not able to draw again. In her hospital bed, she says: “People eat and sleep … but what else are they suppose to do in life? What if I can’t draw again?” Makes me think of life as a blank canvas, some people paint their life with beautiful pictures and live a life of success while others vomit on their canvas, living a life of squalor or mediocrity. Oh Hagu-chan I cried manly tears for you, why is it such a sad story ;__;

Daily Conclusion – what Ubermensch thinks:

I think everyone is inherently good (except for feminists), therefore I will be ethical when it comes to marketing. I will build websites that has value – that motivates, inspire, and transform people for the better. This also means not promoting crappy products that doesn’t work (Ahem, something I admittedly done in th past)

I mean, not all marketers are liar.

I want to be a new breed of marketers – nonchalant , cool – but more importantly, being honest and hype free I call it a more “holistic” approach to marketing, like a friend that recommends a product because it’s cool, unlike a desperate car salesman hyping some crappy product that doesn’t work. (Hello Ab Master!)

Ubermensch Day #39: Life Dreams

Meditate like a monk: Meditated for 5 minutes. (total accumulated time: 30 minutes). While meditating I get flash backs of running to the zen center in the summer rain, my sweat pants is wet and my flip-flops making flopping noises as I sprint towards the zen center. All wet, I ran into the meditation hall, and quietly sat and started zazen. Then 2 damn mosquitoes bite me on the neck and forehead, I dared not to move or brush it away, sitting still like a buddha.

Exercise like a War God: I marched to the gym, it’s a 15 minutes walk – in pissing rain Canada weather. For Nov 29, it’s a cold, grey, rainy day. Today was dead lift day, and I enjoy picking up the weight into the air, like a war god, and (ahem) smashing it down. Yeah!

Then I did 4 x 10 good mornings with the barbell. Good morning is an exercise where you place the bar on your shoulders, and bending over with your back straight with your ass sticking out. Yes, it’s a very homo-erotic exercise. I really never did good morning before but it’s a good exercise. Then I did 4 x 10 of hanging leg lifts. Feels good man.

I don’t know what inspired me, but I ran 2 KM in the rain after the gym session. At one point, I’m gassed out and shuffled like an old man who just finished a group sex marathon .

I don’t like running on the treadmill, the outdoor feels more corporeal; the pavement, the trees, the people standing in the bus shelter in this cold, rainy weather. I feel alive running in the rain, because I’m glad I’m not dying from testicular cancer, or born cripple.

I came back home, ate 4 hard boil eggs, cracked open a beer and have a hot bath.

Listen to self improvement audio (15 minutes) while doing yoga stretches: Listened to Frank Kern “Core Influence: how to make lots of people do almost anything … but in a cool way”, (48 mins out of 1:56 hr) Cliff note: connecting to people core identify to core identity, or sub-conscious to sub-conscious. To make an effortless connection you need to have find your core identity and live it; in PUA lingo this is called “frame congruence”. Even if you try to fake it, people can sub-consciously pick it up, kinda like the try-hard car sales man.

Read a fascinating book: Principles Of Social Competence by Manhood Academy (Progress: 25/181 pages | Real page count is 284 pages total) The author, both with Ph.Ds, discuss the fallacies of feminism, and how it created a generation of limp wrist, apathetic man children. AND a generation of women with an inflated sense of self entitlement.

I’m reminded of my high school days; there was a young teacher, perhaps 24 years old who was talking about sexual harassment. One of the student asked: “But miss … if we said, you look beautiful today miss, that’s a nice skirt. Is that sexual harassment?”

The teacher quipped: “Yes … it’s better if you refrain from saying that”. Thinking back, that irks the ♥♥♥♥ out of me. That’s what feminism creates: a sterile, political correct environment devoid of natural human interaction. Side note: I’m sure she does kinky anal sex.

I never paid attention to feminists much, mostly because they’re fat, ugly and full of ♥♥♥♥. A guy – Henry Makow Ph.D, wrote an article how feminism was created by the Rockefeller family to erode the moral farbic of society, so they can have a New World Order (heh). You can read the article here:

savethemales.ca - Feminism, New World Order and Rockefeller's New War

Learn a foreign language: 45 hour of Hangul. I’m learning how to pronounce pairing a consonant with a vowel. Also, learning diphthongs, AKA complex vowels (vowel pairing with another vowel)

Complex vowels:

ㅇㅐ (eh)

ㅇㅓㅣ (eh. Pronouce same as above)

ㅇㅒ (yeh. Sounds similar to yes)

ㅇ ㅕㅣ(yeh. Pronouce same as above)

으 ㅣ (prounce euh-e, sound melts together)

오 | (weh, as in wedding)

오 ㅏ (wah, as in wow)

오 ㅒ(weh, as in wedding. Same pronunciation, different meaning)

우 | (wee, as in weekend)

우 ㅓ (wuh, as in “woe)

우 ㅓㅣ(weh, as in wedding. Same pronunciation, different meaning)

For example, the consonant ㄱ pronounced with a “k” sound. The vowel ㅜ is pronounced ooh, and ㅏ is pronounced ka. Therefore put together 구 is “coo” while ㄱㅏ is “ka”.

I also learn Hangul from a youtube video – a guy explaining how to write Korean in Japanese. LOL. My head hurts.

Word of the day: chimera / noun / ki meer uh / etc any similarly grotesque monster having disparate parts, especially as depicted in decorative art.

Building an online business (Yeah!):

Spent 45 minutes reverse engineering the competitors. Here’s what I did:

What I found: for every 100 pages, maybe 5 to 10 pages of the website brings the most traffic (goes back to the Pareto law). For each website reverse engineered, I copied the 10 best performing keywords across 3 websites, giving me 30 keywords for my niche website.

What I learned: Why invent when you can sit back and copy success (Hello Iphone. This is Google Nexus)

What to improve on to beat the competitors: More aggressive advertisement through mutiple traffic source (SEO, PPC, Video Marketing, Article Marketing, media buys) and more effective sales funnel (upsell, downsell, cross sell, multiple sells connect follow ups)

Things to do because the day isn’t done yet: 500 words article for website

Watch something inspiration: watched 2 episodes of Honey And Clover II (12/12 episodes). I finished it; Hagu, the petite 18 years old art student, everytime she has a monologue it break tears to my eyes. Why must your voice be so sweet and fragile, Hagu? In the end Hagu decides to stay wtih Syuu-chan, who is a good blend of alpha and beta male provider quality; with Morita-san trailing on a close second (he happens to be an erratic Alpha male). Takemoto the beta male finishes last, crying in the train after trying to get Hagu for 3 years and nothing happened. I lol’d.

Watched 1 episode of Serial Experiments Lain (2/13 episodes), yes, this Anime is a good mind ♥♥♥♥. I like it.

One of the character says something like: “We all live, and we drift to death”. It reminds me of our morality as a human being, and that life should be fun. I like the simplie things in life; drinking tea, holding my girlfriend’s hand, and farting on bratty kids.

Daily Conclusion – what Ubermensch thinks:

It seems the universal dream for most people [read: developed country] is to own a business or be rich, travel across the world, write a book, and be a good upstanding citizen (maybe)

However, 95 percent will fail (This is statisically correct, they done a research on this) simply because of the daily error in judgement – not eating right, spending too much money, gluttony and sloth … etc ad infinitum.

The 5 percent is the one who work, I don’t think necessary harder, but they have daily habits that build momentum over time and it snowballs into something big. If there is a “secret” for achieving dreams, I think this is it. Simply paying the price by doing simple, small, daily actions towards their goals.

What is your dream? Mine is to become a porn star in Japan.

Ubermensch Day #40: Mental Game

Meditate like a monk: meditated for 5 minutes. (total accumulated time: 35 minutes). Sat down like how the old white monk guy taught me, sat down composed, proper hand placement, breath in, breath out. The mind is scattered. I stare into the wall, trying my best to paying attention in the here and now for 5 minutes. The sound of my cell phone ring tone, and the 5 minutes is up. In 2 weeks time, when this habit is firmly instilled, I will up the time to 7 minutes. Gradually, 15 to 20 minutes per meditation session would be great.

Exercise like a War God:
Ran leisurely for 2 KM in the cold Canada land weather. (Total accumulated KMs: 4) It’s -2 celsius (or 28.4 degrees Fahrenheit). There’s light snow with vicious wind. The snow pelts into my eyeballs near the end of the run. I still have a cold, so I put on 5 layers for my upper body (3 t-shirts, 1 sweater, 1 jacket). ♥♥♥♥ my life. However, I feel so alive running at 10:30 AM while listening to 2NE1 “Go Away”.

Listen to self improvement audio (15 minutes) while doing yoga stretches: Listened to Frank Kern “Core Influence: how to make lots of people do almost anything … but in a cool way”, (1:03 mins out of 1:56 hr). Frank talk about making millions on the Internet yet he’s still miserable. Then he did this exercise of self discovery to uncover his core identity, in which he now use to make money effortless and live a happy life. He uses the formula “E + I = L” at the 1:03 mark, but my 15 minutes is up so I pause the video and shut it down. LOL. I’ll discover the “secret” formula tomorrow.

Read a fascinating book:
Principles Of Social Competence by Manhood Academy (Progress: 50/181 pages | Real page count is 284 pages total).

The authors talk about how feminism erode our current society through the emasculation of men (via shaming mechanisms) and unfair, loop sided laws that side with women (Hello alimony) . Then the author goes on and talk about universal social principles and how to apply it.

My take: I’m sheltered from feminists, because winners intutively know not to fraternize with losers. Any time I’m talking to a woman with a feminist upbringing (or worse, a guy who is a feminist. WTF?), I swiftly cut the conversation short and ignore them. I once had a fling with a girl who got brain washed by feminism – she was too confrontation, argumentative, and “rwar, women powar”. There was no feminine charm too her, so I pump and dump, like a boss.

Learn a foreign language:
Learned korean for 27 minutes. (Total accumulated time starting at Dec 01 2011: 27 minutes)

Review of the 14 consonants, 10 vowels, 11 complex vowels. I now understand how to pronounce complex vowels by reading the two seperate vowels. For example, 오 ㅏis “wah”, because 오 is oh and ㅏ is ah. 으 | is “euh-ee”, because 으 is euh and | is ee.

Word of the day: travesty / trav – uh – stee / noun or adj / to imitate grotesquely or absurdly. Example: travesty of justice. “Did you see that chick with the bad makeup? What a travesty to makeup whores”

Building an online business (Yeah!): I wrote 785 words in 22 minutes flat. (Progress: 19/50 pages) The quality of the article is good but more importantly, I wrote it fast.

Here’s how I did it:
  • I looked at my competitor’s page and see the main points he wrote
  • Using paper and pen, I mind map the article layout. Kinda like a flow chart. (Thank you Alexis Dawes, your ebook “Fast And Good Content is Great!)
  • I wrote the article but not from a view point of a marketer trying to increase sales conversation. Instead, I wrote it from a view point of a caring, human being who is trying to genuinely help my website visitors. Ironically, the later is more powerful at persuasion because it’s written using my core identity, and the visitors can see I’m not trying hard to sell them something or “tricking” them.

Alright. I have a new bench mark now – write 800 words in 20 minutes. The quality may not be great but it has to be good.

Finance wise, this is what I have implemented / will implement:

Multiple streams of income:

Online:
  • Adsense
  • Various in house affiliate programs
  • My own info products
  • Various CPA networks (clickbank, neverblue, shareasale etc)

Offline:
  • Investment vehicles (mostly dividends, mututal funds, and RSP)
  • Property ownership (houses and condominiums)
  • A low maintaince brick and motar business (hostel? Car parking lot? Storage property?)

Watch something inspiration: Watched 2 episode of Serial Experiments Lain (2/13 episodes). It’s a cyber punk anime that deals with our interconnected society via the “wire” (internet), and the blurrr between virtual reality and offline reality. Some parts are kinda hard to understand, either that, or the anime is just really pretentious.

Daily Conclusion – what Ubermensch thinks:

I think life is merely a mental game. By that I mean, our thoughts affect our actions, which become habits, and our habits become our character, and our character is what our destiny becomes. If the source of everything starts off with a thought, why are people putting junk thoughts into their mind? Like negative news stories, and junk religion fables. So it goes back to the popular adage: “If you want to be successful, think like a succesful person”. (Side note: Top 10 best selling books of all time is “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”)

The momentum of the habits have picked up, and I feel like an unstoppable force of nature (kinda like the time I had sex for 3 hours straight)

Ubermensch Day #41: Acquire Patience

Meditate like a monk: meditated for 5 minutes. (total accumulated time: 40 minutes) Sat down and stare at the wall, a hail storm of thoughts race through my mind. “Wake up!” I mentally told myself. Momentary, the thoughts disspiate like Moses parting the red sea. I quietly sat and stare at the way, paying earnest attention to the present moment. It felt like I sat down for a few seconds before the alarm rang, and the five minutes is up. Is this the “flow state” monks talk about?

Exercise like a War God: Marched to the gym in cold Canada land weather 1°C (34°F), proceed to do bench press (3×5), followed by dumb bell bench press (5×15) and dumb bell rows (5×10) like a boss. There’s the usual gym patrons – old people, one muscular Asian guy, the midget black guy. There is no fat people to be seen. I follow the exact prescribe routine and don’t deviate one bit. The routine lacks ab exercise, so I’m going to through in abs 2 days per week.

————————————————————————————————————-

Listen to self improvement audio (15 minutes) while doing yoga stretches: Listened to Frank Kern “Core Influence: how to make lots of people do almost anything … but in a cool way”, (1:18 mins out of 1:56 hr). He the “secret” formula he talks about for E + I = L … is experience + indentity = life. He presents a list of question to ask yourself and write down.

The most important question is “What would your perfect average day be like if there is no limitation or consequence?” and asks like 25 questions. I will do this exercise.

Where would you live?

In metropolitan Japan, metropolitan Korea, metropolitan Vancouver, metropolitan Toronto, metropolitan Vietnam

What would your house looks like?

A really nice condo that has minimalist interior design

What time would you wake up?

5:30 AM before the sun rise

What would you do in the morning?

First thing first – morning sex. Then meditate, eat, head to the gym, stretch for 15 minutes while listening to self improvement course, read while taking a bath

What would you think in the morning?

How fun life is

What would you spend first half of the day?

Sex, gym, stretching, listening to self improvement course, bath, reading, and eating

What would you have for lunch?

Healthy food, chicken / fish / beef with fruits and salad and nuts

Who would your friends be like?

Cool, drama free, non-chalant people. They cannot be pretentious SWPL but they can be cool weridoes. They don’t necessary have to be business owners but they have to be climbing towards self actualization. I don’t like hanging around complainers or drama queens.

What would you for personal fulfillment?

Public sex. Writing. Inspiration and motivation speeches to high school students (“Be all you can be!). Going to the gym, and masterminding ways to create a massive avalanche of passive income. Write more inspiration stuff. Spend time with family and my nieces and nephew, teach them to be the best they can be. Also troll them for laughs.

What is your life purpose?

To understanding the meaning of life and death.

What would your business be like?

Make teh monies online, create an empire of digital products, and low maintaince affiliate websites. I do not want to do consultant or run seminar.

What time would you start work?

At noon/afternoon-ish

What would you do at work?

Think and mastermind business plans then delegate an army of people to do the work for me. I just want to sit and think and order people around.

What would your customers like?

A super wide range of demographics, since I’m selling a wide range of products. From fat people to lonely guys to old grandpas who need sex enhancers to clueless middle age people who want financial freedom. Personally, they’ll be on contact with my websites, but I don’t want to contact them personally.

What would your relationships [family, friends, significant others] be likes?

Be a good person, refrain from cheating, lying, gossip, drama. Help others. THAT’S WHAT THE BIBLE TOLD ME!

What would you have for breakfast?

Oat meals and fruits.

What would you do for family time?

Too young for a family but I suspect it’s idle chatter with family members or going somewhere fun with the girlfriend.

What would you have for dinner?

Like what I had for lunch – healthy food, chicken / fish / beef with fruits and salad and nuts. Maybe go out and eat in a healthy restaurant. Yes eat some sushi yo.

What would you do at night?

Have sex before going to sleep. In a perfectly optimized day, I would be asleep at 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM

Who would you do it with?

The girlfriend. Hmm so soft.

Where?

What? At home, in missionary position. Or at the threatres, depending on what day it is.

What is the last thought would you have before going to bed?

Life is awesome and fun, and then you get old and die. But what is the meaning of life and death?

————————————————————————————————————-

Read a fascinating book: Read 25 pages of Principles Of Social Competence by Manhood Academy (Progress: 75/181 pages | Real page count is 284 pages total).

This is one most mind blowing book I read this year. This, and “The Narrow Road: A Brief Guide to the Getting of Money” by Felix Dennis. Why? Because instead of feel good, chest beating pep talk, it’s real, truthful and “raw”.

Imagine an old wise man, who is successful, who had everything in life – he lived as a good person, is filthy rich, has a loving family, FAMOUS, donated billions to charity, has a gigantic penis etc. He sits down and talks to you and distil the most important life lessons, including how to be success beyond your wildest dream. That is what it feels like when I’m reading Principles Of Social Competence (previous known as Principles 101)

The book isn’t even really about social competence. It’s about principles. You can read it online for free at their website: Manhood Academy

Side note: reading is an crucial – no, necessary! – habit. I recommend you start, even if you read just 1 page per day to kick start your habit. 1 page. That’s it. But you cannot read junk books. I recommend you start off with the classics like Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill or Principles 101.

Learn a foreign language:
Review of the Korean number 1 to 10, learned 10+ and beyond, 45 minutes learning. (Total accumulated time starting at Dec 01 2011: 72 minutes)

(I typed out the Korean hangul using Korean Input Method Editor » SayJack)

1 = 일 (eel)
2 = 이 (ee, the letter E)
3 = 삼 (sahm – sounds like sam)
4 = 사 (sa – as in “sssah”
5 = 오 (oh – as in “oh no”)
6 = 육 (yook – “yuk”)
7 = 칠 (cheel – chill ill)
8 = 팔 (pahl – pa all)
9 = 구 (gu – more like “koo”)
10 = 십 (ship – more has a “sheep” sound to it)

To say 11, say 10 + 1 (십일 – ship eel)
To say 21, say 2 + 10 + 1 (이십일 ee ship eel)
To say 2011, say 2 + 1000 + 10 + 1) (이척십이 ee, cheon ship eel)

To say 20, say 2 and 10 (이십 – ee ship)
To say 30, say 3 and 10 (삼 십 – sam ship)

100 = 백 (baek – sounds like peck)
200 = say 2 + 100 (이백)

1000 = 척 (cheon)
2000 = 이척 (ee, cheon)
3000 = 삼척 (sam, cheon)

Word of the day: putative /pyoo-tuh-tive/ adjective commonly regarded as such; reputed; supposed: the putative boss of the mob. “What a putative club ho, yo”

Building an online business (Yeah!):
Woke up from a 6 hour nap (heh). I’m like “durrr, what am I suppose to do today?! I forgot.”

Wrote a 555 word article – a product review page. (Progress: 20/50 pages) I reverse engineer this website’s product review page, including her keywords (you mad, little girl?). I basically leverage all her hard work, research, and time by reverse engineering her page, except mine comes off as a bit more professional because of my awesome copywriting skills.

I also placed a bunch of call to action at the top of the page, at beginning of the page, in the middle, on the bottom, at the side. Yes, clicky clicky the links, cute visitors.

Wrote the article, put it up on the page, went on ShareaSale.com and fix my affiliate links for some product pages.

Watch something inspiration: Watched 2 episode of Serial Experiments Lain (6/13 episodes). This anime continues to be a mind ♥♥♥♥, and questions the reality of our corporeal self. Can the human consciousness be uploaded on the Internet and we live in the “wire”? There are lots of moments in the anime where I go “durrr, what the ♥♥♥♥ am I watching”.

Daily Conclusion – what Ubermensch thinks:

“Do today what others won’t, so you can live tomorrow how others can’t”

Life is one long string of activities you do and then you die.

So – if you’re going to die, why let fears set you back?

I think the fundamental problem is lack of patience. I mean, going to the gym or starting a business or writing a book (3 most common goals, btw) isn’t even HARD. It just requires patience. But how do you acquire patience? By having daily habits.

Small action steps done everyday that amounts to something big overtime. For example, writing 1 page per day and you will complete your 365 page novel in a year’s time. 1 year will pass by anyway, you either have the discipline to do the action today, or you don’t – simple, no?

People dream big but mines is modest; I just wanna have sex with my girlfriend on the Eiffel Tower ;__;

Ubermensch Day #42: Advice To A 14 Years Old

Meditate like a monk: meditated for 5 minutes. (total accumulated time: 45 minutes). I sit with the proper form – “Seiza” (Seiza - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). A whirl wind of thoughts continue to swirl around in my mind. I know why the old monk told us to concentrate on breathing now, because breathing helps dissipate the thoughts, bring us back to the moment. I want to keep meditating for five minutes until I become addict to it, then gradually – ever so slowly – move it up in 1 minute incremental. The goal is to meditate 15-30 minutes per day.

Exercise like a War God: Marched to the gym in snowy weather. Here in Canada land, it’s 1°C (34°F), it’s rain … but looks like snow. In snow lingo, it’s “flurry”.

There’s old people, 2 muscular Asian guys, 2 skinny Asian guys, old people, 1 fattie woman who looks like she’s 37 years old but she’s probably 25. The midget black guy is nowhere to be seen, I think the weather is too cold for him.

Today is leg day, did: Squatting, did 5 reps of 160 lbs (72 kg), then 5 reps of 185 lbs (83.9 kgs), then 5 reps of 210 lbs (95 kgs). Then did some calve raises and leg extensions before calling it a day.

Listen to self improvement audio (15 minutes) while doing yoga stretches: Listened to Frank Kern “Core Influence: how to make lots of people do almost anything … but in a cool way”, (1:18 mins out of 1:56 hr). He finishes up with “how to discover your core identity”, then goes on how to figure out the market core identity (their real desire outcome, what life the really want), the final formula is actually caring about the prospect and moving them forward towards that goal. Okay, sounds cool.

I think I figured my core identity, after days of introspection: Drown out the noise of the dysfunction western society (Hello feminism and corporate 9 to 5 jobs), and live in my own happy ideal life style. Be an Ubermensch – super smart, super rich, super awesome (super famous is not in the equation) – yet at the same time, remain humble, enjoy the simple things in life, and give back to certain charities. Also, not to rely on the internet for income 100 percent, because what if the USA and Europe erect a great firewall and kills e-commerce? I always like multiple contingency plans.

Read a fascinating book: Read 25 pages of Principles Of Social Competence by Manhood Academy (Progress: 100/181 pages | Real page count is 284 pages total). The authors discuss about establishing and exercising functional authority as a man (AKA, being a “real man” as a oppose to a limp wrist, passive aggressive nancy boy). Practically speaking, this involves saying no to dysfunctional women behavior, and leading her to create order.

Learn a foreign language: (40 minutes today,Total accumulated time starting at Dec 01 2011: 112 minutes) Learned how to say the months. It’s simply by saying the number + adding “wol” (sounds like wall but with wol)

January (1) = eel wol
Febuary (2) = ee wol
March (3) = sam wol

Note:

June (6) = Yoo wol, instead of yook wol.
October (10) = shi-wol, instead of ship wol
Nov (11) = ship eel wol (10 + 1 + wol)
Dec (12) = ship ee wol (10 + 2 + wol)

Year = 년 (yung)
Month = 욀 (wol – but sounds like whoa)
Day = 일 (eel)

The date format in Korea is:

Year – Month – Day

Word of the day: lugubrious \loo-goo-bree-uhs\ mournful, dismal, or gloomy, especially in an affected, exaggerated, or unrelieved manner: lugubrious songs of lost love.

Building an online business (Yeah!): Spent an hour optimizing the product review page. Here’s what I did:
  • Various call to action towards the vendor’s landing page, including text CTA and image CTA
  • Used gimp to edit the photos and incoporate CTAs into it “Click here to visit their official website”, “Click here to read a sample of their book” etc
  • Using a specialized search syntax, scouted for objectived reviews of the product posted by people on various forums, and used that as proof that that the product works. (“neutral review”). Used that and put it into the review page.
  • Signed up at my competitor’s website email list, and reverse engineer her email campaign. How often does she send out emails? How is she profiting from the emails? What is her subject head line? Where does she place her call to action in the email body? What kind of tips does she give? I’m going to absolutely nothing but sit back and emulate her campaign.
Watch something inspiration: Watched 2 episode of Serial Experiments Lain (8/13 episodes). This anime reminds me of the movie, “Fight Club”. The main character, Lain, experience some sort of extreme cognitive dissonance that she creates a doppler ganger. Makes sense? Like Jack in Fight Club imagining Tyler Durden. The Anime also deals with the blurred line between online reality and offline reality, and how it’s slowly merging into one.

Daily Conclusion – what Ubermensch thinks:

Came wrote: I am 14, from the UK and make websites for people, mainly in New York. My motivations are money, getting a girlfriend and having fun. I just don’t really know where to start! Please give me tips on how to. I am willing to do almost anything to change.

Here’s my reply:

When I was 14, I really wished I had a big brother – or a model figure – to tell me this.

Advice on gaining confidence and getting a girlfriend

The gym is the breeding ground for confidence. When you can squat 2 times your body weight, or bench press 1.5 times your body weight, you will feel an overwhelming sense of confidence.

Why? You – intuitively – understand that punch a hole into someone’s skull should you get into a fight. Once you can stand up for yourself, your fear of failure, fear of getting ridicule by others, will dissipate like snow during a summer heat wave.

You will go through a phase of “Mother ♥♥♥♥er, you think I give a ♥♥♥♥ what you think? Don’t make me ♥♥♥♥♥ smack you”. After a while, you will become more humble. But you first will go through the “I’m better then you” phase. That’s just the nature of things.

By hitting the gym, you will build chisel muscles that will get the “girls” wet. Their body will tingle, and your reputation as the “hunk” around school was circulate. Girls will line up and jockey for position to date you. When you walk around school, they will give you a flirty gaze while twirling their hair.

By having a big, chisel body packed with muscles and a relax confident attitude, having a girlfriend – or mutiple girlfriends. I recommend 2 – shouldn’t be a problem. The first step is work on yourself, the girls will follow.

I recommend you do a 5/3/1 routine (Strength Standards) and eat big. Eat lots of carb and protein. Bulk up. Be big, be alpha.

It goes back to the quote “Do the thing (gym) ,and get the power (girls). Not get the power (girs) then do the thing (gym)”

Advice on making a pile of money

You don’t get rich working for other people . You need to start a business that serves a market need, then learn how to systemize your business, so you can outsource or automate every single part of the operation.

The first book I recommend you to read is “Rich Dad Poor Dad: What The Rich Teach Their Kids About Money” by Robert T. Kiyosaki because it’s an easy read. Next, read “The Narrow Road: A Brief Guide to the Getting of Money” by Felix Dennis

Understand the only way to become truely rich is owning a business, and putting your money into various investment vechicles. You’re making about $800 a month, that’s great. Put $100 of it every month into a saving account and don’t touch it. This should be a habit for life.

Advice on having fun and living a cool life

Do what you enjoy in life. This will eventually come to you naturally once you progress in your jouney towards self improvement. I honestly don’t know what you define as fun, but I suspect it’s making a pile of money and having sex with your girlfriend. Right on.

Cliff note:

- Go the gym
- Eat alot
- Watch TV 1 hour or less per day
- Read 1 chapter per day
- Focus on building a business
- Have sex with your girlfriend(s) (or whenever you obtain one)

Good luck and don’t give up, have patience young one.

Go kick some ass,
Ubermensch

Default Principles of Social Competence

Hi

I read the book you're reading (Principles of Social Competence), and I found it truly horrific. It equates women's reasoning power with that of children, states that a woman's mental capacity is not equal to a man's, and that women should be led away from assuming anything like equality with men for their own good.

Do you really think this book contains valuable information, or are you trolling?

I don't think the authors were trying to demean women by implying lower IQ but rather women rely more on emotions then logic for decision making - similar to children. "Women score higher in terms of language development and emotional intelligence." source: Men, Women and IQ - The Daily Beast

Quote:
states that a woman's mental capacity is not equal to a man's
It's true, men have higher IQ. Men ARE more brainy than women, says scientist Professor Richard Lynn | Mail Online

Quote:
women should be led away from assuming anything like equality with men for their own good.
That's right. Why? Because a woman's function isn't equal to a man. (You can't have a woman as a fireman, construction worker or soldier because her body is weaker then a man. However, she can become a doctor or bus driver because she's capable (functional) of it. It's glaring obvious that women aren't equal to men, and this is for the good of everyone in society.)

You sound outraged because the truth is shocking (like finding out your parents having sex everyday at 12:00 PM, sharp).

Does that mean men are more important then women? No. Because without women, there wouldn't be men (or humankind, for that matter)

Both genders have different functions that work in synergy to compliment each other. Feminist get it wrong when they try to mold women into men (it's like using a screw driver as a hammer, it just doesn't work)

Being a feminist is bad, so is being a chauvinist. The sweet spot is seeing reality for what it is and acting accordingly.

Thanks for your reply.

I think it's dangerous to make a sweeping generalisation that 'A woman's function is not equal to men - for example, men are smarter, stronger and take more initiatives.

It's more true to say 'Some men are smarter, stronger and take more initiatives than woman'. Conversely, there are some women who are smarter, stronger than some men.

Surely, it's better to encourage a woman who is smart enough to be, say, a lawyer and compete on an equal footing with men in that profession, to develop herself in that direction.

The idea that women shouldn't even be allowed to try and develop themselves in this way is very damaging for society.

I don't believe in positive discrimination. I do, however, believe in equal opportunities for all, regardless of gender, to develop themselves to their full capacity. The opportunity for women to fully utilise their talents not at the expense of men, but alongside men. I understand that to be the true definition of feminism.

Default Ubermensch Day #43: Time Continuum (Saturday)

Ubermensch Day #43: Time Continuum (Saturday)

Meditate like a monk: meditated for 7 minutes. (total accumulated time: 52 minutes). On the surface level, meditation cultivates patience and detachment. But on a deeper level, it’s to figure out – not by reasoning but by intuition – the meaing of life and death. I hope one day I can figure out the meaing of life ;__;

Exercise like a War God: Forced 5 KM march today. Surprisingly nice weather for Dec 02 here in Canada land. (Total accumulated KMs: 9) I speed walk pass old people, little children, and the black guy that refuse to walk faster.

Listen to self improvement audio (15 minutes) while doing yoga stretches: Listened to Frank Kern “Core Influence: how to make lots of people do almost anything … but in a cool way”, (1:48 mins out of 1:56 hr). Cliff notes: How to use core to core influence: when marketing, pretend you’re speaking to one person; an embodiment of a classic customer; ex: Bob, the Internet marketing newbie, doesn’t want to make money to buy things, he wants to make money to buy respect and life style experience. He is also afraid of failure and embarassment (heh)

Read a fascinating book: Read 25 pages of Principles Of Social Competence by Manhood Academy (Progress: 125/181 pages | Real page count is 284 pages total).

So, so fascinating. The author talks about: what is authority, what is functional desire (need) and dysfunction desire (want). To exercise authority – know your expections, state your expection, enforce expection. Be direct, punish, not justify. Apple pain, not frustration. I think the military and religion apply these concepts to the highest degree. I have two pages worth of note on this, and will apply it to everyday relationships. (Good thing I’m an INTJ who has a low need for socialization!)

Learn a foreign language: Review time 25 minutes of review, 35 minutes of grammar learning. (Total accumulated time starting at Dec 01 2011: 172 minutes)

Review:
Number and months
Fruits
Consonant, vowels
Complex vowels (왜 and 애 and 워 are pronounced “weh”) (애 and 여| are pronounced “yeh”)

New things learned: topic particles and sentence structure

나 = I (“na”)
학생 = student (“Hack seng”)
이다 = is (“ee da”)

Therefore, to I am a student, is “I student am” (나는 학생이다 ) (Na Nin, Hackseng ee me da)

나 (I) pairs with 는 (is). 나는 (na / nin)

I = 나 (na)
Person = 사람 (sa-ram … aha! Very common word in song lyrics)

는/은 topic particle, 는 is used when the noun has no final consonant, 은 used for noun with final consonant

she = 그녀 (ku ya)
she is = 그녀는 (ku ya nin)
study = 공부하다 (kun bue ha da)
She studies = 그녀는 공부한다
Tools for learning korean grammar:

Google Translate

Sentence Order | Learn Korean: LP's Korean Language Learning

Word of the day: dearth / durth / an inadequate supply; scarcity; lack: There is a dearth of good engineers.

Today’s conclusion for language learning: grammar is hard (you mad, Ubermensch?). It seems my natural progression for language learning goes like this:
  • 1. Learn basic phrases and expressions to get used to korean
  • 2. Learn the numbers and dates and time
  • 3. Learn the alphabet
  • 4. Learn the grammar
  • 5. Learn more words
  • 6. Use everything in synergy to read, speak and write Korean

Building an online business (Yeah!): Wrote 500 words article, post it on website, interlink it and polished it. Didn’t keep track of how long it took to write it – 20 minutes? (Progress: 21/50 pages) But I think my copy is super persuasive, I write the article to appeal to the audience’s core identity.

I went to the mail box to collect my affiliate checks. 4 checks totaling a pantry $260 USD. Oh god, why are they still sending checks in 2011? And $260 USD, a far cry from $10,000 USD per month. Uh … yeah, I need to get to work.

I think there’s a myth when it comes to a lazy affiliate. I need to work 10 times as hard, and smart if I want to make $10,000 USD per month. But more importantly, to re-invest back into the business (outsourcing, media buy funds, software upgrades etc). Not vacationing for 3 months also helps.

I decided to narrow my focus exclusively on hitting the 10k USD per month mark strictly through affliate marketing (this encompass adsense and CPAs). If I switch to publishing ebooks on Kindle (it’s hot right now), or Ebay, or creating my own info products, I’m just stretching myself too thin. $10k USD a month first, then I can diversify my revenues.

Watch something inspiration: Watched 2 episode of Serial Experiments Lain (10/13 episodes). Oh god, what am I watching. This anime is completely non-sequitur, it jumps from one scene to another, questioning our most fundamental questions in life: “Who am I; is there God; am I more then my body or is there a spirit; who you erase someone’s memory, are they the same person?” etc.

Daily Conclusion – what Ubermensch thinks:

Time seems to melt for me, the days fade into nights, and the night morph into days. I’m losing track of time, it’s like I’m falling into the abyss, where time seems to stop. I’m timeless now. Or in popular self help parlance “living in the moment”.

I’m on day #43 now, it seems like the habits have been established and momentum gained, life only goes up from here – because we all know, you’re either becoming better, or declining, like a senile old man.

Ubermensch Day #44: Intrinsic Motivation (Sunday)

Meditate like a monk: meditated for 7 minutes. (total accumulated time: 59 minutes). I follow the same ritual everytime - set the cellphone to ring at 7 minutes mark, sit in Seiza position, 5 foot from the wall, close my eyes and breathe. Like uninvited house guests, I choose not to entertain my thoughts for the next 7 minutes. I sit like cat (they're infinitely patient). My foot starts to feel funny from the dearth of blood circulation. I continue to sit before the ring tones erupts, the 7 minutes is up. It feels much shorter. Meditating have taught me nothing last forever. Life is short.

Exercise like a War God: n/a. Sunday is my rest day. I have my exercise routine patted down:
  • Monday: gym - Overhead press (shoulders)
  • Tuesday: gym - dead lifts (backs)
  • Wednesday: 2 KM jog
  • Thursdy: gym - bench press (chest)
  • Friday: gym - squats (legs)
  • Saturday: 2 to 5 KM force marched
  • Sunday: rest

Listen to self improvement audio (15 minutes) while doing yoga stretches: Finished Frank Kern “Core Influence: how to make lots of people do almost anything … but in a cool way”, (1:56 mins out of 1:56 hr). Thank god I finished it after leaving it to dust in the hard drive for 2 months.

Cliff note:
  • Everything you say, do or write to your market matters (In other words, you have to care for your visitors)
  • Piece of information solves the person's problem and move them closer to their ideal identity, results in advance. (In other words, the more value you provide, the more value ($$) you get)
  • Borrow the voice of the market (In other words, instead of saying .. "You probably think ...", borrow the voice of a market in form of a person who wants to start ZXY habit. "Hey Ubermensch, how do I hit the gym all day, I wanna lose fat and make my penis look big" - "Well you see Billy Bob, first you put the ice-cream out of your mouth")

Really, really cool stuff. This will help me immesely on my path to become a more "effortless" marketer.

Read a fascinating book: Read 25 pages of Principles Of Social Competence by Manhood Academy (Progress: 150/181 pages | Real page count is 284 pages total).

The author talks about exercising functional authority. I thought he's going to teach me how to smack hos, but approach is more practical and benevolent
  • Dyfunctional punishment: physical punishment, guilt tripping, begging or humiliation (quality of an emasculated male)
  • Functional punishment: verbal disagreement, rejection, ignoring, negative assiocation, social pressure (qualitfy of an alpha male)
The goal of exercising functional punishment is to remove disfunctional female behaviors (rudeness, flakiness, shaming, passive aggressive behaviors etc) and replace it with functional female behaviors (nuturing, feminine charm, co-operation, support). Once compliance is met, reward must be dispense (affection, provision, protection)

Thinking back in my past relationship, mid-way through I failed to exercise functional authority. Naturally, my ex-GF exhibit dysfunctional behavior that went unchecked, and that eroded our relationship to the point I had to cut it of from frustration.

Contrast that to my current relationship, I consistently exercise functional authority (unconsciously and by accident), which removes dyfunctional female behaviors. I have also worked to removed dyfunctional behaviors in myself. The end result: we're deeply in love, because order is achieved.

Now it all makes sense now. Why do women stay in abusive relationships with "jerks" and "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥"? Because they're exercising (dyfunctional) authority. Even dyfunctional authority is sexier then no authority at all (You hear that, limp wrist nancy boys)

Therefore, when we see a fat person (or someone's who's chronically broke, or sexless) have daily dysfunctional habits. The fattie fail to exercise authority over her habit (AKA, putting the cake out of her mouth). She becomes frustrated that she's fat, yet she has the sole authority over her habits. On a side note, Fat Acceptance Movement irks me. Fat shaming is a good counter-strategy against FAM.

Since I have a girlfriend(s), I'm not actively persuing women by mall and college campus pick up. However, as a social experiment I will in the future, write a log of approaching 5 women per day and getting their phone numbers. (in the name of social experiment and social skills improvement)

Learn a foreign language: 60 minutes (Total accumulated time starting at Dec 01 2011: 232 minutes)

Topic particle ( 는 and 은)- used for the subject or topic of a sentence. Rules: if the noun ends with a vowel, attach 은. If the noun doesn't end with a vowel, attach 는

Examples:

(는 = neun)
(은 = eun)

존은 (John, ends with Consonant, add 은)
영수는 (Young su, ends with vowel, add 는)

Identifier Particle (가 and 이) - used to identity the subject or thing talked in the sentence. It is more concerned with who did the things asked. Rules: Like topic particles, identifier particles follow the same rule: 가 is used for noun/thing ending with vowel, 이 is used for noun/thing ending with consonant.

나는 샀다 = I bought (places more emphasis on "what I did")
내가 샀다 = I bought (places more emphasis on "who" did it)

Vocabulary:

Drink = 마시다 (Pronouced: masida - Mah, sa, da)
Eat = 먹다 (Pronouced: meogda)
Park = 공원 (Pronounced: kun-won)

Word of the day: Melancholy /[mel-uhn-kol-ee/ a gloomy state of mind, especially when habitual or prolonged; depression. - Amid the melancholy, there is a glimmer of resilience and a hope that feels hard-won.

Building an online business (Yeah!): 700 words article for page. (Progress: 22/50 pages)

I have a problem with inadvertently writing in a condescending tone. I really don't mean it, it's just how cold and logic INTJs are. However this is bad when I'm writing the articles because it seems like I'm insulting the visitors.

For example, if I'm writing in a dating niche it would be something like this:

"You should man up and approach women, you limp wrist nancy boy. It's not that hard. God damn, don't even talk to me."

After listening to Frank Kern audio and implementing his core influence concept, my writing has transformed into something like this:

"I was really nervous when I first started this whole "approaching women" thing. I thought it was weird and nerve wrecking. (Believe me, I have social anixety). But after approaching them and saying "Hi", I realize that it's not that of a big deal. They didn't bite me (thank god!).

I'm also a scrawny guy and I'm not a big fan of going to the gym. (The only thing I lift is my video games controller, LOL). But I decided what the heck, for 1 day I'll go to the gym and see what I can do. I realize that the gym is a nice and friendly environment, and lifting weights is pretty easy. Over the couple months I have gained 7 pounds of muscles by performing simple exercises. A girl in my class started to compliment on my arms, which is a good confident booster".

Building an online empire blue print:

The only way to create a website that will be money for years and years to come is to build an authority website with incredible lasting value in an ever green market (weight loss, wedding help, self improvement, sex help) instead of fads (Justin Bieber sex dolls, lastest celebrity diet, funny cat pictures)

I will simply emulate success by looking at the market, and what authority website is in the market at this moment, instead of coming up with a new "break through". (A very common mistake. I definately won't be trying to invent a new niche - "How to dress nice for fat people?" heh)

For example:
  • StevePavlina.com is perceived as an authority website in personal development with his hundreds of useful articles that move people towards their goal of becoming a better person.
  • WebMD - Better information. Better health. is an authority website in the medical field. The website help people maintain a healthier lifestyle, and by providing medical advice.
  • Bodybuilding.com is an authority website for - uh, body building. I think. (just kidding)
What these websites have in common:
  • Long, helpful articles that help people move closer to their goals
  • 300+ pages worth of content
  • Branding - to build trust and establish authority
  • But most importantly ... they care about their visitors

By shouldering the responsibly of actually caring for their customers and providing useful, actionable content, the visitors naturally reciprocate - giving 1 way link, word of mouth referal, buying stuff off the website etc

300+ pages of content. I have a two options: write 1 page per day, or hire people to write for me. Since funding is low, I will elect to write the articles myself, just 1 article per day. (A high quality article).

But I should also be adding a more workable schedule, like link building and adding content into the email campaign also.

Watch something inspiration: Watched 2 episode of Serial Experiments Lain (12/13 episodes). This anime is truely one of the weirdest anime I ever watched, and this is coming from a weird person. Lain makes the conclusion that we don't need our bodies, humans are merely software ... or do we really need our bodies? At one point, some guy masquerading as God in the "Wire" (internet) manifest in real life and becomes a monster. Ok... okay.

Continue ...'d (post char limit, wtf)

Daily Conclusion - what Ubermensch thinks:

The way I see life, you're either going up or down in life. (Third option is stagnating. Yes, this means you, the fat middle age guy working in the same job, having sex with the same wife for 17 years, and rising your brag kids)

It may sound strange but the effort of going to the gym or watching TV is the same - because both are breed from habits. Either going up or down. People who live a mediocre life made an error in their daily habits, which over time, leads to nothing but a very life.

A great habit isn't merely a "habit", it's actually exercising authority over your life. If you don't exercise over your life, it will fall into a state of entropy, or worse, someone will exercise influence over your life.

I go on amazon.com and look up the best selling books and read the reviews. If the book is good, I'll (ahem) download it into my e-reader (kobo - which is similar to a kindle)

Sometimes I visit ebooks downloading website and browse around and see what catches my eye. I always go to amazon.com and read the reviews to see if it's a good read.

Generally, I like to read about psychology, religion, or something really inspirational. Or - if it helps educate me to become a better marketer.

I absolutely avoid fiction of any kind. Yes, I'm talking to you Harry Potter.

This is honestly ridiculous .. i think Ubermensch needs to get his mental health checked out.

This whole thing about people posting "this is inspirational" has to be a huge joke!

In about 50 days you barely worked, failed on your sleep schedule, got sick, and read 2 books...

You somehow managed to go to the gym for 1 hour and day and learn a few Japanese words.

You talk about wanted to be more productive, maybe you should stop posting non-sense and save 30 minutes be day OR let me multiply this by 365 you would save 10,950 minutes a year or 182.5 hours. So with 5 mins of meditation, 1 hour at the gym, 1 hour learning a language and say 2 hours on your business... and since you failed your sleeping experiment sleep 8 hours a day... you do absolutely nothing 12 hours a day .. now since you like to multiply everything by 365, you waste 4380 hours a year... talk about life passing you by...

this master plan to be a "super human" has only made you a super-chud.

you can revise your plan to "project Uberchud"

Your cynical views at people at the gym is what really gets me. You 155 at 5'11.. basically a toothpick. Nothing wrong with that but do not be hating on people trying to better themselves just like you. Also marching to a hotel to molest a korean girl probably is not the best way to describe things. Make you sound like a serious criminal, and gives me glimpses of Jim Carey in the movie "The Number 23"

My advice to you, keep going to the gym and learning Japanese... but get a grasp on reality. You need a job or go back to school. This lifestyle is in no way sustainable... Cancel project UberChud immediately, you can also continue you leisure activity of reading, but in no way will 30 minutes of reading a day turn you into a super human... maybe if your plan was to get an MBA and a law degree with your time, learned a few languages and hit the gym .... maybe that plan would raise my eyebrows... but your plan has you living in some fantasy life as a foreign woman womaniser with no job and no career path..

In my words of wisdom - you better check yourself before you wreck yourself.

project uberchud needs to be cancelled for your greater good.

If you want to continue this fantasy land a) become an actor or b) let me add fuel to your fire and watch "Catch Me If You Can" with Leonardo DiCaprio .. I bet you but that on your list of life changing events.

I agree with your suggestion on putting more hours into the biz. However, I politely decline your request to halt Project Ubermensch.

Why does he need a job or to go back to school? So basically you are saying he should be a drone, and do exactly what every other person does. I give him mad props for doing what he is doing. Would you have told Steve Pavilina that his website was not sustainable? It would of been bad on his part if he listened. He has a career path from what I can see. It is to be a webmaster which can both give him financial freedom and freedom of time unlike any job he could pursue.

if steve had his inspiration from superman and batman and lived his life trying to be a super-human .. then yes I would say that his idea was bad at the time.

sure he has a plan to make a web business, but by no means is this making him a super-human.. its making him completely average at best. He is caught up in some fantasy which is making him neglect his business 50% of the time trying to be comic-book hero... and without any income what does he rely on? subsidized income? that's good for the economy...

Mr.RottenTreats: Last thing we need here is a hater. Atleast he is doing something to improve his life. Why do you even care? You need to work on yourself before you go around criticizing others.

If you want to offer some constructive criticism, please do so in a respectable manner. Ubermensch is following his path, you seem too attached to your own ideas about how it should be done.

Ubermensch Day #45: Miyamoto Musashi

Meditate like a monk: meditated for 7 minutes. (total accumulated time: 66 minutes). Eyes opened or close? Eyes opened, as the old monk instructed. I practice inhaling, exhaling and counting 1 to 10. 1 for every exhale. I see why the monk instructs us to do this – it cultivates concentration, and less intrusive thoughts into the mind.

Exercise like a War God: I marched to the gym in pissing rain. I think God is trolling me. It’s warm for Dec 05 here in Canada land.

I have the exact same ritual before I hit the gym. My clothes and gym bag is always in order; it takes me 30 seconds to get dress and out of the house. I marched to the gym in pissing rain. To combat the misery, I put on happy music and think of my girlfriend. Ah, love is self hypnosis. “You and I” by Park Bom.

Today is over head press day; I pick up the weight like a war god and heave it into the air – in a controlled matter. Last week 50 pull ups and 50 dips was really tough, I felt like a pregnant lady struggling to finish the routine. This week was slightly easier, as I perform the pull ups and dips with demonic like determination.

Listen to self improvement audio: Watched “Unstoppable Affiliate” course by Andrew Handsen

Video #1: Offer research (20 minutes)
1. find a high converting offer
2. At least profitable keywords
3. Profitability analysis (will the offer convert? See someone’s else data)

Video #2: Competition spy (20 minutes)
1. Go to offervault.com to see current offers
2. Use Google adwords tool to see the keywords and monthly search volume
3. Landing page quality
4. Profitability test – check Adwords advertiser, or other affiliate ranking
5. Use Google insight/trend to see how sustainability of the offer

Read a fascinating book: Read 25 pages of Principles Of Social Competence by Manhood Academy (Progress: 175/181 pages | Real page count is 284 pages total).

In the final chapters of this book, the author demostrates the practical side of enforcing functional authority. This includes:
  • Avoid lies, mis-characterization, or denial
  • Make strangers feel welcome, speak plainly and direct, show affections and warn others of danger
  • Communication isn’t about data or information, it’s about the conveying and facilitation of order
  • Communication is also “your” personal intrepetion of experience and effectively expressing it. “Oh hey! I went for a run today in cold, Canadian weather. I had to double layer my pants or else my balls would shivel up like rasins”
  • Speak slow, be direct, be candid, be descriptive.
This book is a required reading for everyone (females included)

I always wonder why do bouncers in night club get hot women. Bouncers get paid relatively low wages and it’s a menial job. However, upon reflection I realize why women find bouncers attractive:

1. They exercise functional authority over a large crowd of people
2. They’re muscular. Muscles is a manifestation of order (discipline). Discipline to consistently hit the gym.

Learn a foreign language: Learned additive particle, 도 (too, also, etc), 를/을 (object particle), plus new words. 60 minutes (Total accumulated time starting at Dec 01 2011: 292 minutes)

Word of the day: morose – adjective - gloomily or sullenly ill-humored, as a person or mood, ex: “Yo yo, check out diss ♥♥♥♥♥ she da morose”

Building an online business (Yeah!):
I will finish watching the video marketing course (5 hours) from UnStoppableAffiliate.com ($97 marketing course), after that, I will immediately implement what I learn. Today I will put $30 into namecheap.com. That would allow me to purchase 10 .info domain names to develop new websites and test out what I learn from the course.

Watch something inspiration: Watched 1 episode of Serial Experiments Lain (13/13 episodes). Oh god, this anime is a mind ♥♥♥♥. I have to re-watch the whole thing 5 times if I want to truely instead the depth of this series. In the end, Lain turns out to be a computer program – or is she? The anime is trying to convey there is more then just the physical world. Perhaps the “Wire” isn’t the Internet I was talking about, but a metaphor for the spiritual world. Lain had many versions of her, and she did look like an apparition at some parts. Lain copy #1 told the other Lain: “Well, it’s nice that we closed down the wire world to the real world isn’t it? They won’t be able to see us anymore”.

Daily Conclusion – what Ubermensch thinks:

Miyamoto Musashi – the original gangster of Japan. As a clueless teenager, I read his book but did not grasp the depth of his wisdom. 5 years later, I’m re-reading his books and his words slice my mind, like a sharp katana.

“Do nothing that is of no use”

How I implemented it: no video games, ditched a bunch of useless friends, not mingling with losers, ditched a bunch of women [that isn't going anywhere], no wasted Internet time, every activity is analyzed and questioned of it’s usefulness.

“Never stray from the Way.”

How I implemented it: Habits. A stead fast, unwavering commitment to life goals. Practically speaking – doing daily habits that amounts to something big overtime.

“there is nothing outside of yourself that can ever enable you to get better, stronger, richer, quicker, or smarter. Everything is within. Everything exists. Seek nothing outside of yourself.”

How I implemented it: Intuitively knowing that life (or society, friends, or parents) doesn’t owe you ♥♥♥♥. If I want to make something happen, I must be the one to set foot and do it. This is the method to beat procrastination and live a life of how I want it to be.

“Today is victory over yourself of yesterday; tomorrow is your victory over lesser men.”

How I implemented it: checking off the daily habits. For some people, their victory is going for a run. Others is stop eating junkfood. It reminds me of the other adage: “Do what others won’t do today, so you can live life tomorrow how others can’t”.

Don't even think about quitting. You are doing great.

About the strenght standards: which training routine are you using? (I found 4 or 5 different ones in the website) Is this good for muscle growth? I am using a different system..
