-Read books on real estate and personal development. (going to the library)

-Create a website (Learn html, css, and web programming skills)

Long-term goals :

Advice:

Get a job should be step 1 if you are broke everything in this world costs money.

Get your degree by studying in the evenings while you work during the day if you are serious about yourself.

Forget about girlfriend, she will appear in the right time herself when you are ready - you are not ready now - any girl at this point would be a distraction for you.

Helping your parents should not be a goal, but should be in your heart and something you do lovingly until they pass away.

You do not need to go to the library or read extra books on real estate, just do your homework properly and learn everything which they give you to learn when you sign up for the degree.

You do not need to learn HTML, CSS and web programming. You can create a website without any programming knowledge today using multitude of free services. Moreover you can hire virtual freelancers to build you a website quite cheaply. Stop wasting your time on things which are not part of your primary goal - real estate.

Stop wasting time on those books and spend 100% of your time on your primary goals. Especially get rid of the Bible. That book has only gotten people killed and robbed of their money and virginity.
