Default Help with maximum brain performance

Hey guys!

After realising that I'm far (very far) from my real potential I thought I'd come here and get some help.
During the next summer (free from school, a lot of free time, etc and yes, I know it's a long time until then) I'm going to try some new stuff that should help me in real life and school.
So, the first thing I was thinking of was doing pmemory. From what I've read, it's the best course out there. Heard about TMI or something here, but from what I've read, PM still stands as the great champ. But I will probably check out TMI and others after I'm done, to expand my knowledge.
The second thing I'm more interested in is photoreading. I don't really know if Reading Genius is photoreading or not, but I'm mainly interested in that course. Except for that one, I'm interested in zox pro and lastly Paul Scheele's course. What else under photoreading could be interesting to learn?
After those two, I have no idea what else to learn. I understand that all of those takes a lot of times to master and learn, but I want to be able to start directly after so I want to know a few other courses.
Maybe some mental math course (know any?) or something else fun.
So I would be very thankful if you could help me.
Thanks

Math wouldn't be a bad choice at all.

Also consider learning an instrument, spending X amount of time per day on various challenging brain teasers/puzzles, daily reading (challenging books challenge your brain), drawing, etc

Exercise and a healthy (preferably organic) diet can do WONDERS for getting a brain in top condition as well.

Know any good courses for it? Thinking of studying some math before the school starts (as in the new course we're going to read that term), but some mental math would be cooler.

I'm actually considering learning some more piano or guitar (already know some basics of piano, guitar, drums and bass), so learning some more wouldn't hurt. A daily sudoku would probably do on the teasers. About reading, I wont read any novels (I hate them), but maybe something within my interested would be fun. And drawing is a big no for me, don't know what I hate more, lol.

And exercise/diet is something obvious I will do. About organic, nah, a lot (the majority) of vegetarians/vegans lack creatine which inhibits their cognitive functions. But a good diet is something I will try to have.

Khan Academy

That website is great. He gives video tutorials all the way from algebra up to trigonometry if I remember right.

Honestly, having a diet of all organic food (or mostly organic food) is one of the best things you can do for your health/brain. The GMO's and pesticides/herbicides etc have chemicals in them that destroy your body and your mind. You definitely want to keep away from GMO's or conventionally grown food if your trying to develop your brain.

"One of the best" is not really what I think of it. It's much harder to get a nice amount of protein, creatine (which helps your cognitive function), zinc (or the diet atleast does not help to absorb it as good), Vitamin B-12, etc, etc.
And I've just heard claims about GMO, but never actually any proof. Mind sharing a study?
The best diet (imo) is a form of LCHF, with the occasional cheating (so it wont get as boring).

Still want help with finding some good courses, anyone?

Yeah, those were the two I was mainly interested in. Got any suggestions on other courses that could help me with studying or life in general?

If it's for real life and school, anything you can get your hands on in regards to emotional intelligence will serve you well in your future. This is an area that is not taught at school but we are starting to understand its importance. More exposure to emotional intelligence concepts will help you interact better with others as well as manage your own emotions in the real world.

The only "proof" is that people says it works. There has been 1 study, which showed it to not work better than reading, but I want more studies before believing that.

Pmemory is phenomenal memory, a course which teaches you to remember better.
