When you are looking at various data, what patterns do you look for? ...

When I make decisions, the patterns of information I look for are ones pertaining to biofeedback. Does the thought of making a particular decision...
  • ...create pain in my jaw?
  • ...create stiffness in my neck right where it meets the back of my head?
  • ...create an uncomfortable tension in my throat, chest, solar plexus, or stomach?

And so on.

My data are the people I want to emulate. I learn their strategies, behaviors and decisions they have made, and throught trial and error find out what works for me. It's a damn practical way to become more effective and happy.
